“This review is mainly based on the food because it was a takeout order. From what I could see while waiting for my order the staff and atmosphere were also outstanding. To the food, overall it was very, very good. We had 5 dishes, the empanadas, the green goddess potato salad, the ricotta toast and the risotto. Everything was fresh and well thought out, something lacking in chain restaurants. The empanadas were just right with a beefy brisket filling and a consume you could drink it was so flavorful. The ricotta toast is perfect for a warm summer night and large enough for a entree. The risotto was spot on, creamy with plump seafood. This is my goto restaurant when in the Harrisburg area for dinner and I will be back again.“

“Went in for a slide and got the meat lovers thick crust. Large piece for $3.98 with tax. While waiting I was shocked to see the very large menu of subs, cold and hot, salads and Strombolis. Casual setting if you dine in with great 80s music and sever was great. I was feeling like I walked into a joint in NYC the minute I opened the door and when I saw the sever wearing a NY cap, I figured I was right on with a smile on my face.“

“i was going to pick up for 3 plus me. They wouldn't let me order a 4th sandwich. So I asked the 2-person group behind me if they would order me a burger since they were only getting 2 sandwiches. The grill guy looked at me and said "are you trying to get a 4th sandwich?" Then the person who was ordering for me started getting mouthy with him and the cold cut guy started screaming and waving a knife around. The people who were trying to order my extra burger (for a total of 3 of their 6 sandwich allotment) said "f this, we're outta here" and gave me back my money. I'm pretty sure even if i had gotten back in the twenty minute line they wouldn't have let me order another burger. To be fair, they had a hand written sign detailing the policy. Had i known about that policy, I would have brought another person or called the order in 2 hours before opening at 8 am (as their hand written policy suggested). I won't be back due to the way they handled my in-policy work around (the knife waving was a real turnoff).“

We also had mussels in beer broth and chicken flatbread - both excellent choices for appetizers or light meal. Staff is friendly and professional. “I've eaten at this place ever since I was a child. Born and raised in Harrisburg, and at the time, it was the only Vietnamese related store we would go to often for groceries or homemade food. Really good authentic Vietnamese food for a good cheap price. I love going here, and it brings me back memories. Their basic Pho is so delicious. Great coffee as well. If you haven't tried it, it is a really strong and sweet milk coffee over ice, "Cafe Sua Da." Check out their small grocery store to buy all kinds of Asian foods and snacks. My family, to this day, still shops here for some groceries.“

“Ate dinner there about a week ago. Food was good but their telephone rang at top volume the entire time we were there making it difficult to talk or enjoy our meal. Complained to waitress who said it had to be that way so they could hear in the back for take out orders. The restaurant was far from busy for in house dining so I guess the owner doesn't care about us; only the take out customers! I have eaten here for years and tried to support them during covid but never again.“

There isn't a dish I wouldn't recommend, but if I had to give recognition to one dish I would tell you that "Il Toscano" (the Tuscan Rib-eye) should be on your must have list. When available, the Chuleta and Percebes are also on that list. Mangia!“

The sausage crumbles, meatball slices, and pepperoni were very proportional and tasty. The sauce had a nice fresh tomato flavor to it, and the thin crust was chewy and crispy. This is a pizza that will appeal to everyone. Our server was a delight with a great combination of playfulness and competency. Also, they have a very nice parking lot.“
