“For people saying the service is poor, are mistaken. I come here numerous times a week and go out of my way for this location. The team is friendly and I'd rather have fresh food. Their fountain soda is also the best. My experience has always been great, and if they have ever forgotten something, always make up for it. Just call and be kind.“

“Staff was friendly. I was greeted with a nice smile and I was asked, how are you doing today? The food tasted good and it was served nice and hot. No long line for drive thru services. My orders were filled correctly. We enjoyed the cheese burgers, french fries, chicken nuggets and vanilla frosted ice cream.“

Hand cut hot crispy fries, deliciously seasoned burgers on HOME MADE buttery pillow soft buns, and delicious milk shakes. Couldn’t get any better. “Burgers were as you expect and cooked fine, little more greasy than other fast food burgers. The mustard is interesting and not a bad combo with the burger. The chili cheese fries were a complete miss and the fries are way too thin. The desserts were the best part of the place and will definitely be coming back.“

“The employees were super friendly! The food choices have many options and it seems to mainly be made right there in the restaurant. The perogies weren’t just bought from a warehouse & they were really good! This place has more than wings! I’m regretting not getting more cheesesteak eggrolls because they were so good too. I also got a smoothie (even tho it’s 10 degrees out, I still had to try) and it was great! They must use real fruit because it’s not extra sweet or artificial whatsoever but still worth it!! The building is small with only 2- 4 seat table and a small one with 2 seats. I’m assuming not many people eat here & it’s mainly a take-out restaurant. Regardless, definitely worth trying! Everything was really good 👌🏻 Will eat here again!!! 🫶🏻“

“I like the food generally. But the team members here really made my experience. Brittany was the cashier and explained things very well and nicely to me. She came to check up on us near the end of our meal as well, very friendly. Hanz dropped our food off and smiled, extremely friendly. “The food options are fantastic. The burgers have flame grilled flavor with hearty bacon. The chicken strips are impressive and consistently large and flavorful. Much better option than Cane's in my opinion. The family enjoys the fried rice ranking higher than several Asian restaurants in the same area. Beyond protein choice, cannot customize ingredients- example, no onions. When I arrive the location is empty, no line, yet feel rushed to transact in 10 seconds. Learn from other restaurants and customers so business may grow.“

“I moved to North Wales, PA in May 2022. I don't eat at fast food places & have never eaten at this McDonalds. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. So much so that I've been meaning to 'review' them for over a year now but am just now getting to it. Honestly. I've never stopped and had the service be bad or the shake 'taste different.' The consistent pleasantness of both the shake & the service is worth pointing out. :)“

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

When delivered we were still missing food and when we contacted them they asked for us to pick up our food when we were not near and specifically ordered delivery. we were also not offered a refund or anything. Thankfully slice refunded us after contacting them. Our delivered item of chicken Parm was hard to cut into and was uncooked chicken which was disgusting and we ended up throwing it out.“

“I travel miles out of my way to come to this Wendy's. The ones closer to my home have rude employees, and the food is always OLD and gross. I worked at a fast food place for 5 years, I know how it works. Lazy workers don't keep the food fresh and it sits in the warming trays for literal hours. This Wendy's is different. I've been here about ten times now and our food is always fresh, hot, and quick. The employees are outstanding too, specifically the really tall African-American gentleman who I believe is a manager. He is very gregarious and extremely polite. I bring my daughter here and he is incredibly kind to her. I hope this guy reads this. I realize fast food jobs are not glamorous but I'd like to thank this man for being so good at his job and being so nice. Everyone who works in fast food could learn a thing or two from this man. This Wendy's is great!“

“I live in the middle of 2 McDonald’s restaurants and I will choose this one 100% of the time. My food and fries are always fresh and hot and my order is always correct. The thing that sets this McDonald’s apart from others is the amazing service that I get every single time I go. The staff didn’t even realize that I wasn’t really having the best day today, but just going through the drive-through and being treated with kindness for the first time today, it really meant a lot to me.
