“I love this place! I’ve been coming here for 35 years or so. This was a place that our kids loved to go, especially when they could sit underneath the giant sailfish. It’s an iconic place in the Lehigh Valley. The food is always excellent, but my favorite is the pizza.It’s consistently excellent-the best in the Lehigh Valley IMO. It has the perfect amount of tomato and delicious cheese on a thinner crunchy crust . The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We’ll never tire of coming here.“

“Staff is curtious and welcoming and food is great. If you like Italian style food you'll really enjoy this gem. Can't speak enough of how well my waitress Rhiannon took care of me when I visited DiMaio's. She is an excellent testament to the server profession. Rhiannon,Danielle and the rest of the servers and staff will take great care of you when you visit. Like I said the food is awesome too. I recommend the Chicken Paresaro that is magnificent aswell as there other dishes, and there canolli are a sweet treat that you'll love after your meal. I spoke to one of the owners when I visited and explained to her what a wonderful establishment they have. The atmosphere is excellent. “I was born and raised in Easton and frequented Colonial Pizza many times in my youth with my family. I moved from Easton in the early 1980’s and have not been to Colonial Pizza since. Yesterday, we brought our 2 grandsons to Crayon and went to Colonial Pizza for dinner before returning to Central NJ. When I saw the sign outside the building, memories of great times from my childhood began. Going up the steps to the dining room added to my memories. We sat down and ordered the Colonial Pizza pie and the kids had pasta. On my first bite of pizza, it again brought me back to my childhood as the look, taste, smell and texture of the pizza was just as I remembered. It was absolutely delicious. The kids also enjoyed their pasta. Our waitress, Allie, was THE BEST, took care of all our requests and her smile lit up the room. The manager, Mellisa, came by to say hello and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was fantastic and I am so glad we decided to eat at Colonial Pizza and after way too many years of not being there, we will definitely be returning soon and make this a must stop when we have reason to be anywhere close to Easton. Thanks to Allie, Mellisa and all at Colonial Pizza for a wonderful time and meal!!“

We made the drive there tonight and it was worth it. Food was awesome and the staff was really friendly and attentive. I was just expecting pizza, chicken fingers and fries but wow when I tell you this pizza is AMAZING, I mean it! Everyone was raving about the pizza and the kids loved the chicken fingers & fries. I’d go out of my way to get this pizza, that’s how good it was. I asked if the food could be delivered at 5 pm and not only did it come about 10 minutes early, but it was piping hot too! “The brick oven pizza was fantastic. Zero flop (I don't care about lot about flop, but it's a thing. 😆), the pizza had great texture, dough had great flavor, pepperoni pizza was not greasy. Pizza could have used more sauce, but that's a personal preference. Garlic knots and pepperoni knots were on the small side, but very tasty. Good marinara. Small place, not a ton of room for dine-in, but adequate. Typical pizza shop atmosphere. Thin Sicilian looked amazing, will try that next time, and they have a full selection of entrees, dinners, sandwiches, appetizers, etc. Great place!“

“I've been trying to find a good pizza place for several years now. Amore is the best one so far. Good service. Great tasting pizza but just a few small things. The crust is nice & thin which I love. I hate thick, doughy crust. However, it is very floppy and it would be perfect if it was crispy. As far as salads, I do wish they would use romaine or arugula instead of iceberg lettuce which I am definitely not a fan of so I wind up making my own salad as a side. Since I am from Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. : ) There's a difference in calzones and rolls prepared here. Calzones should have ricotta in them and whatever else one likes to add. I also wish they had a bigger selection of 'rolls'. Broccoli rolls and Spinach rolls(with ricotta and mozz) But otherwise, very good.“

“Now coming from NYC we appreciate a nice slice of pizza. You can see I lifted the slice up and all the cheese stayed together with the dough, this my friends is properly cooked and proper ratio between cheese and sauce.

The pizza was good, but the stuffed Philly cheese steak slice was fantastic. It's served with a side of marinara sauce. Service was prompt and quick although ordering seemed a bit confusing due to the menu being a little difficult to read. The place itself was small, not exactly spacious enough as a sit down experience. More like it's pizza you can eat at the mall. The did have other interesting things on the menu, with the most peculiar option being a beef patty. Honestly not a bad pizza spot.“

“Came here on my first night in PA! I’m from New York, and I was coming in not expecting great pizza, BUT LET ME TELL YOU! This pizza was SO good! I had the BBQ chicken pizza slice, and we ordered a serving of garlic knots. YOU MUST ORDER THE GARLIC KNOTS!!!!! The garlic knots were absolutely out of this world! The pizza had great taste, and was very close to tasting like a NY slice!

The business overall was great, and the workers were nice for not kicking us out when we were sitting there for 4 hours talking. We left them a tip, since they were nicely saying, “we are closing,” when they took our tray away lol!! Overall, I recommend this place!“
