I reached out to Sweet Girlz Bakery and they were very accommodating! They not only could take my order but allowed me to pickup on a non business day for them. The cake was great! My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.“

My favorite is the blueberry muffin, which is perfectly moist, has a crumb top, is the right amount of sweet, and doesn’t fall apart.
Reminds me of the one Whole Foods used to have back in the day, but better.

Always have a few vegan options: espresso cookie, a strawberry mousse cookie sandwich, a shortbread cookie, and a brownie are ones I’ve seen. All are very good and the prices are reasonable.

“I buy this brand Owowcow Creamery at Phillipsburg Fresh Stop Market on 403 South Main Street Phillipsburg NJ. The treats like the homemade ice cream sandwiches are awesome but I did not understand I was paying $6 a sandwich and $8 a pint of Vanilla ice cream. The goods were sitting a minute in the freezer and the consistency of the ice cream could be better. I realize now that when you are dealing with fresh products they will not hold up for long periods of time or temperature differences. In the future I believe I will come straight to this location and buy goods directly here instead of through a 3rd party. I can probably get a better deal and better consistency. The thing is I would not know that unless I tried it. I love supporting local and happy this brand ended up in the deep freezer of this new market in my town. I would like to bring my kids on site to enjoy ice cream in the future.“
