Dunkin' Donuts in Hermitage

“I love stopping at Dunkin's to get a breakfast sandwich, because they serve them longer than BK, Mc D"s, or any other fast food restaurant, and you're guaranteed that it will be FRESH every time and that it hasn't been sitting under a light for 10 minutes.Plus you get the added benefit of being able to get a Fresh Donut as well.“

“I don't understand some of the bad reviews about this place. I'm a local, go frequently to the point they basically know me and my order and have started remembering my man's order too (always a french krolller and sometimes the berry refresher for him 😄). I've only had a drink made wrong once, was bitter like it had no sweetener added but it was fixed, the young man who made it looked new so I didn't mind. Donuts are always good, but its not unusual to have a firm donut if its late in the day so if you want fresh you gotta get em in between the morning and like 6pm (yes yes I go this often).

As for the service, I give it a 4. Because, while the staff is friendly and always gets my order right, it can be a little slow. It depends on who's working and how many people are working. If its the evening shift between 4 and 7 a drink can be slow to ready even if its not busy and the morning is pretty average to slow but again its busy in the AM so can't really complain. And I can't say much on atmosphere since I never dine in, so I give it a 4 given the general friendly environment.“
