“I had to write a review because I’ve been consistently impressed by the service at this Dunkin’ location. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are always so kind and pleasant, even when they’re slammed with customers. I’ve dined in and ordered through the drive through multiple times and each time I’ve been greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. My orders are always accurate. “I have no issues with the staff at Starbucks However, when closing down the store at 6pm with no access to the lobby, there should be some form of communication with the drive thru. I sat in the line for 15min for them to close down 5min or so before 6pm. If you only have drive thru open, maybe place a cone at the beginning to avoid the cars that keep coming.“
