“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“We organized a meeting for our Tech Community here and had a great time! The management and staff did their best for us. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere, which is perfect for talking and meeting people. Also, the kitchen is great with many different dishes for every taste. Jenny Smoothie in Roxborough is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to Jenny since she first started years ago back when she was running the food truck, and it’s been incredible to watch her grow into what she has built today.

The owner is genuinely one of the best people—great personality, amazing energy and aura, and you can tell she puts real love into everything she makes. The customer service is always on point, and she actually remembers me every time I come in, which makes it feel personal and welcoming every visit.

Everything is made with care and you can taste the love in it every single time. She truly deserves all the success coming her way and more. I’m so proud of how far she’s come and can’t wait to see what she does next.

“Their pizza is delicious, always get a white pie with spinach and mushrooms. Unfortunately their sandwiches are not as consistent. Just ordered three Panini sandwiches. Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. Very generous sandwich but couldn’t eat most of it because of the fried eggplant.😫“

The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. “I'll say up front, on a sunny day, I'd give it 5 stars. The beer is excellent, and the food truck offerings are solid. The gourmet grilled cheeses on sourdough are probably the best option. In the rain, the food and I got a little wet. Would be nice if they had a tent that went from the door to the food truck. Very kids friendly before 8pm, almost every table had kids or toddlers.“
