16 Best Chinese Restaurants near Imperial

“Very clean in there. My first time for me and my family. Fair price for the amount of food you get especially for dinner portions. I got the general tso white rice and plain lomein. I normally have to add more soy sauce to the noodles but they were PERFECT!! My dad also loved the sweet and sour chicken. His first reaction was “oh wow it’s really good.” What a hidden gem! Everyone was so nice and our take out food was brought out to us. Would totally recommend!!“

“The food was fire 🔥
We ordered the shrimp fried rice, fried chicken and bone in ribs! We ordered to go so I won’t rate the atmosphere but I noticed the dining area was open and in the past it wasn’t!“

“Our food is always amazing there! In addition, we had an awesome waiter tonight. His name is Ryan and he treated us with great care throughout. Our entire experience. Would highly recommend you ask for his table. Thanks, Ryan.“

“Best food in allegheny county. Love coming here.“

“I saw this a while ago and was really tempted to try it and I am so glad I did! The restaurant is in a good area and there are a lot of parking unless you go on the weekends lol. The staff is very nice and the environment is relatively quiet. I was not the biggest fan of the tables but nothing totally wrong with them. The restaurant is clean and they have fantastic and attentive staff that checked on us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything.

They have a relatively large menu with plenty of options. They also have a lot of lunch options and specials that are much cheaper. They have Korean, Chinese, Thai and Japanese mix that you can select from but many of them are spicy if you don't like spicy food. I ordered Triple Delight and I loved it. It was fresh, flavorful and creamy to a degree.

The price for the lunch options was low and even the dinner options are not super expensive, even though they do have some pricey options that are more unique. They bring you a small shareable appetizer for the table with sauce and the lunch menu had another appetizer that you could select from the list and different types of rice that you could pick for free.

The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. The portion was also much larger than most Chinese restaurants which was great. We really enjoyed our experience and would totally go back.“

“Great service! great! food can't go wrong unless you order too much LOL but I've never had a bad thing there. definitely recommend it and they do delivery“

“Lunch buffet is the best,it taste really good,I recommend China Dragon Restaurant 💯“

“Wife and I got the hot pepper beef and Singapore noodle.. both we asked for hot 🥵 spice 9… thankfully it wasn’t as hot as china town.!! It was delicious!! Loved it.. best place around.. cozy .. comfortable.. quaint.. convenient.. but most of all….!! Great food.😋Thank You!!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Food & Great Service!!!! Just sad we haven’t tried this place sooner, I found it to be better then Sesame Inn (our normal choice) We will Definitely be back!!!!!“

“We did Take Out. Our family did several different meals. Everyone's food was great. 4 different meals and 4 very satisfying meals. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. Thank you for a very good dinner. Best Chinese food I've ever had.
We will definitely be ordering from there again. Thank you for great food. !!!“

“BEST General Tso's around by far!! So happy I found this place. I have tried the General Tso's at China Buffet a few miles away from China City and it was not good at all. I got a small portion from China City so I could try it for a quick dinner and OMG this will now be my go-to for sure. Highly recommend!“

“Good food, decent price, good service. I was impressed with how generous they were with shrimp in my Dragon and Phoenix combo. I saw reviews stating that online ordering could get messed up, so we called in an order and had no issues. The food was piping hot and right on time.“

“This place is much better than some of the places around the area (as far as more Americanized/non-authentic dishes go). General Tsos and Chicken with Broccoli were pretty good (also standard to what is typical). Good to have this place on my list for the future! Ordered delivery from here and not sure on bad reviews. Maybe ownership before was different.“

“I have to give 5 stars again. China City is absolutely amazing. Fast delivery, fantastic food, very friendly staff. I highly recommend this establishment!!!“

“Food here is always good. I order 2-3 times a month and never an issue. Nice portions and alway pretty consistent.

I took off one star because they must have recently changed the egg rolls and they are not the same. Still decent but nothing like they were a month or two ago. Old ones were larger, nice and crispy. The new ones are smaller and pretty soft. Filling is also not the same.“

“We love Panda and it’s a family favorite… however we were very disappointed when we decided to dine in with our 4 and 8 month old and found that there was no where to change our infant. Neither the men’s not the women’s room had a table and we had to take him back out to the car to change him. I get that it’s not normally an eat-in type of restaurant, but how is there not one changing station?“
