“Had to stop for our daughter to use the restroom tonight. We only live 40 min from this service plaza but we didn’t want an accident. When we walked in the bathrooms were closed because of a sewerage back up or issue. The manager (can’t remember her name) and her employee Amanda worked fast to clean everything up. That’s the kind of team that deserves kudos for keeping the public healthy. Bathroom backups can be gross and cause health problems. They definitely did the right thing closing the bathrooms down until they had the whole mess cleaned up.“

“Along I476 just south of I80. It was a quick easy stop, perfect for travelers who don’t want to spend a lot of time at each stop. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Enough food options to suit most motorists. Spacious enough for lots of customers without feeling crowded. The fuel station has gasoline and diesel. There is a large bank of Tesla Superchargers.“

“This was a Burger King on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The plaza was clean and the Burger King was friendly and fast. Food was good as always.“

“I’m here now and the food was pretty good for Taco Bell. Not a lot of people here but it’s very clean and organized. I will say that I am impressed to see a younger gentleman come out and clean up and straighten tables as soon as customers leave. That alone is something you never see in a fast food place. 5 stars to that young man! We will be back!“

“The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I have had issues with one lady who works the morning shift she can be rude. But the mid days and night shift employees and managers are very friendly. Liz and Morgan are very helpful.“

Definitely one of the nicer places, even without the play place, they have a room for the kids with kids walls & 3D tree with table for them“

“Cashier told us that there were No sodas available due to no carbonation,but also they should have marked the soda fountain accordingly. Service was very slow, ketchup pumps on the condiment stand were empty as were the napkins. Looked like they were very understaffed also.“

“I put 4 for food because I find that there's barely any lettuce on sandwiches with lettuce. And it's not just this Burger King. This time it was two original chicken sandwiches to which I added bacon and tomato. There were a few small pieces of lettuce on each sandwich. Which just isn't enough for me. I love my lettuce.“
