“We are visiting from Indiana and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. Service was excellent, we got a small Belgian cookie which was DELICIOUS, a small mango which was also very good and a medium Oreo. My family and I enjoyed all three flavors and left very happy!
We really liked that they are open past 10pm. It really helped us out and it was such an inviting and cute atmosphere. Everything looked clean and definitely recommend this establishment!“

“This was our first time visiting. I was liked the variety of ice cream flavors they have to offer. They also have pints, cheeses, and some ground beef. We were lucky that the line was not that long when we arrived, but after exiting the order area, the line had become way longer. The place also has some picnic tables and benches, so we were able to find a seat and enjoy our delicious ice cream. The portions were nice. I ordered the banana ice cream and my husband ordered the turtle. We both enjoyed them. I can't wait to try other flavors. We will return soon.“

“Delicious! Very unique flavors (told they were more traditional Mexican flavors) as well as the usual go-to's. The staff are super friendly, took the time to explain the flavors and give samples!! The ice cream was creamy and refreshing. 10/10, definitely going back. We had Fresa con queso, tequila, mamey and a Mexican raspberry torte mix (sorry couldn't remember the name for the last one). All delicious and the portions were very generous.“

“First of all, these cookies are undoubtedly AMAAAAZING. On all of our spontaneous visits - at various times of day & night, on weekdays & weekends - cookies are always fresh-baked (perfectly warm & gooey). During a recent visit to this West Chester location, we were slightly overcharged when we ordered a cookie with some ice cream. Instead of ringing up the combo deal, the two items were charged separately. With a customer waiting behind us, I didn’t want to question the pricing in the moment, but I did send an inquiry to Insomnia Cookie’s website. I was shocked when the West Chester store owner called me a few hours later to discuss what happened and to inform what he would do to prevent the mistake in the future. His EXCELLENT customer service transformed my frustration into loyalty. Next time we’re downtown, I’ll be sure to grab another warm one.“
