“I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!“

“Wonderful place for delicious ice cream. The butter brickle and capaccino crunch were delicious. We also discovered that they sell their pints of ice cream at The Meat House in Chadds Ford on Rte 202. We tried the turtle flavor and black cherry. They were also delicious.“
“As someone who loves dessert, I wanted to have something extra for our wedding. I also thought the idea of a food truck at a wedding was a lot of fun. I came across Gotta Lotta Gelata. My now-husband and I went to try some flavors with Petra and brought a few pints home, which disappeared pretty quickly. Having the Gotta Lotta Gelata truck come to our wedding was definitely a highlight. Everyone loved it and it helped make our wedding memorable. Petra is great to work with as well!“
“We ordered pick up Saturday afternoon. It was a beautiful place inside. This was our first time visiting. The Owner was sooooooo nice. “Ironically, I just read another review that echoed my own frustration at this Rita’s. A few weeks ago, I brought my daughter’s softball team for a postgame treat and was shocked to learn that an option to tip with a credit card doesn’t exist. Glad to know I’m not the only person who thinks this is a bad idea. After receiving such great service, I was embarrassed when I couldn’t leave a tip and had to apologize to the nice girl who gave us such great service. C’mon Rita’s get with the program!“

“Northern staple. I love Rita’s. We do not have many down south and they do Italian ice right. There’s plenty of parking here and open kind of late, 10pm. Tons of flavors and the staff is very friendly. Pictured is a SMALL layered mango and strawberry gelati. Very reasonably priced. It was 17$ for a Reese’s concrete, small gelati, and a small ice. “This place is constantly busy, as it should be. I originally picked up a freeze pop from a smaller Hispanic grocery store and when I saw it was locally made, had to visit. I ordered the strawberry one and its milk, cream, and large pieces of frozen strawberries. Nothing added but natural ingredients. The brain freeze from those berries was delightful as is the ice cream. Looking forward to trying what else they have!“
“Delightful premises and delicious ice cream. OMG, the Vanilla Salted Caramel was to die for. The waffle cone was so crunchy and flavorful. Loved the setting with benches and tables scattered under a giant beautiful tree and cows on the hillside. Some crazy flavor options too... such as, Pumpkin Mushroom and Motor Oil! Wish I could have tried them all.“

“This location is THE BEST place to go for Rita's. The servers are polite, quick, and respectful. I have been to a few other Rita's locations, and will NEVER go back there. Bad attitudes and shoving a TIP screen back at you when you use a debit card doesn't sit well with me. There were 3 girls serving. They were fast and courteous and each one of the girls actually smiled. Outstanding location.“
