“Fantastic ice cream spot. They make it all fresh from the milk from the cows in the farm right beside. Loved the fact that they decided to share the produce in such an innovative way. The location is also fantastic. Offering picturesque views of the surrounding landscape, the farm and the creamery. They have nice spots to sit on just outside the creamery. They had a good variety of choices too. The ice cream was very refreshing. Would definitely recommend giving this a try, whether you're an ice cream enthusiast, or someone who just wants to try something new.“

“Great gelato flavors here! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting if they like gelato, ice cream, or want to have a special treat. It’s open late, so that’s a huge plus! The dining area is lovely and it’s a nice place to sit and talk. The staff were helpful and welcoming as well.“

“This creamery is located on very attractive grounds with picnic tables. The ice cream was delicious and the chocolate chip cookie had a light crisp with a taste of butter.
GPS may lead you to the private entrance; use the North Star Road entrance.“

“We were passing through Kennett Square and when I saw the name, I knew I had to stop in. Being a craft creamery, they offer both beer, cocktails and ice-cream. So you get something for all ages--or for the kid in you. Staff are super nice too.
There's several hexagon picnic style tables outside with covered colored umbrellas. Nice for the family.
Lots of bear touches all throughout--a small gift shop area and even bear paintings in the bathroom.
There's a small studio where you can book your own ice cream making sessions.“

“My daughter had their creamy cotton candy popsicle and I had an ore coffee milkshake. Both were delicious and the perfect treat for a hot day! I was really impressed with how little the popsicle melted, even in this heatwave. The service was wonderful and the folks behind the counter were so kind. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely come back for more sweet treats!“
“We love going to pelicans! Sooo many flavors and these are not your typical snow cones, there’s just something different about them that makes the flavor but also the consistency of the shaved ice SO good. And the workers are so kind and friendly!“

“Great food, great service, the display case is always filled with cakes, novelties etc. They have more blizzard flavors then most DQ's I've been too. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

“We love this place for milkshakes. Everyone is always friendly and great service. Today was the exception. Today staff were all talking together and only sort of paying attention to customers. We ordered reg and a large shake got two reg, charged for one of each, neither of which were filled to the top of the cups. I hope they are not slipping into just another ice cream place.“

“I’d only seen a froyo shop on television so it was a nice experience in person. It was yummy frozen yogurt and exactly what I expected. However, it was a bit pricey since the bowl is sold by weight. I paid 10 for a medium bowl. I think I’ll stick to a regular frozen ice cream cone for $2.50.🤣 it’s the kind of thing you do when you’re on holiday so now I understand why we don’t have one back home.“

“My wife and I finally were able to try out this quaint charmer. We ordered French toast and an omelet plus coffee. Everything about this place was inviting. Live music good food and ambiance has that cafe feel. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.“

“I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. “Sophie was our counter person and she was nice and got us our four gelati very quickly. New flavors like mermaid and unicorn sprinkles were enjoyed by my family but I stuck with mango and cherry with custard twist. I was a little shocked at $6.25 for a small but then what hasn't gone up? No seating but also no trash can which was strange. I guess they want you to take your garbage with you!“

“My friend and I visited West Chester today for the first time and stopped in here, our first time at Insomnia as well. The gentleman working let us know there would be a bit of a wait as it was Valentine’s Day and they were crazy busy. We left and went back a bit later and it was so worth the wait. The two guys were both working SO hard but when we were waited on, he was so kind and sweet, you would have never guessed how stressed and busy they were if you didn’t see them running around like crazy. And the cookies are amazing too.“
