“WC has over sixty restaurants and Spence Cafe is our favorite of all. Intimate dining experience with always excellent menu options prepared by Andrew Patton, owner/chef, who's one of the best in the county. When the weather is nice, their backyard patio is lovely. And BYOB to boot!“

“Went for lunch with my son. We ate on the patio. It was cozy, quaint. Beautiful weather made it even more enjoyable. The food options were great; different from the same old same old. The waitress was busy but brought our drinks and food in a timely manner. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Great pizza with eggplant! As I was leaving I saw a display of arancini (rice balls filled with meat and cheese) which I added to my order. They were excellent, highly recommend them! I will ask Luigi to make a few more of these!!“

“For all you travelers just looking for a healthy/clean REAL bite to eat, just stop by this cart. Lamb Chops, Kabab, Chicken over rice Salad. The Afghanis know Food, trust me...this is my go to spot. Just park, order, wait 10-15 minutes. Love this place!Across the street from the motel.... right by exit off the bridge.“

“Absolutely outstanding pizza! Retired US Marine-Wife Army who drives to Picciotti’s at Delaware Park from Aberdeen (APG) Maryland weekly for this ? pizza! We relocated here from Illinois and this is our go to Pizza Place. We get a large meat lovers to go. Mr. Omar does an outstanding job preparing pizza. He is very personable and has a great attitude. Excellent pizza! Thanks to all! Semper Fi!“

“The place is clean with a friendly and nice atmosphere! My son and I had Oxtail Pho and Fried Calamari for dinner. It was quite delicious, and we did not have to wait long for the foods to be served. Excellent service! Good reasonable price for the quality of foods! The good nature and friendly chef also was outside at our table greeting us and brought out a good pot of hot tea to start. I had a chance of speaking Vietnamese with him! I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family here!“

“This is a great local spot to enjoy good food, great friends and amazing ambiance. We tried their breakfast, apple cake French toast and regular French toast and both were sweet, filling and flavorful. The service was great as busy as it was. Also, the interior decor was colorful and inviting. I would highly recommend!“

“This place it's the worst they charge me 73.00 dollars the guy was so them rood the fries was saggy he disrespected me in front of my kids yelling loudly when I was speaking nicely to him to fix my food and at firsthe didn't want to give me my money back just the food and I was so upset didn't want it back and he kept on been nasty and rood in front of my children I will never go back there I wish I can post his picture“

“Excellent service. I asked Jenna if they could make a fruit smoothie without Greek yogurt because I'm lactose intolerant. She talked to the employees, then came back and said yes and that she would make it herself. I'm glad they understand food allergies without any problems. Great job!“

“Though some things have changed at the Cafe' since our last visit, the food is still the same high quality, and the atmosphere can't be equaled anywhere. Many items that used to be available on the steam tables are now pre-packaged, so service is faster and more hygienic. In particular, the mushroom soup and other hot items are kept at the ideal serving temperature, which I really liked. This isn't McDonald's though, so don't expect fast food pricing. You pay for the convenience and the setting, which are well worth it, since you don't have to leave the Gardens to eat. It's best to think of the Cafe' as a snack break, instead of a meal, because there are many fine restaurants nearby for later.“
