“James (Store manager) was attentive, great customer service proactive and very customer service oriented. And made my Matcha latte very good. The store was clean and very well interior design. Definitely I would come back here. 10/10 ❤️“
“Starbucks in my main / favorite place for my lattes , but service depends on who’s working when you come in, some of the workers/ managers are not as nice, same goes for your drink , have had a few of the young people mess up on my drink a couple of times, last time my latte tasted like milk was burnt, kinda roll the dice on this . Also wish that they’d stop letting the high school kids inn w/o mandatory purchase as a lot of them get water and pile up take over tables & just taking space away from actual customers.“

“Came here a few weeks ago with my travel buddy and got two refreshers. The service was great too and the staff was so friendly, my travel buddy wanted his refresher made with green tea rather than lemonade and they were so nice and did it. Would definitely come back again in the future.“
“Cynthia in Target Dekalb in King of prussia go above and beyond to make sure she’ll get me a Pistachio latte. It’s been out in a lot of places and it’s no longer in their system. Had to go at their storage at the back to find me a pistachio sauce. I didn’t even asked her to do it. Great service! It really made my day.“
