“Great local bakery in Doylestown! First off, they have THE BEST coffee in town! Better than any other restaurant or quick stop place. Its always brewed fresh, hot and ready to go at 7 AM when they open. The staff are warm and friendly and know a lot about the items. Although this bakery doesnt have a large assortment of goods (like tons of cookies or cakes) the things they do make, they make very well! I like the daily bakes, especially Fridays for the Morning Glory muffins. so good! My only comment is to make the biscotti a little more chewy/fresh tasting. They tend to be very hard/crunchy. other than that, i will be a long-time customer.“

“CHIVES IS BACK! Thanks to Chef Mateo and his wife for reopening Chives and returning it's glory serving great food with a smile. The old menu under Chef Ryan is very familiar with some great new additions. Food, service and the original atmosphere are excellent. Portions and quality are excellent with fair to low prices. Chef Mateo added dinner to the menu which they serve on Friday and Saturday. I had the carnitas bowl....fantastic“

“I visited Jess's Juice Bar yesterday and have been a regular here for awhile. It’s truly the only authentic juice bar I’ve found in the area. They offer a fantastic selection, and everything is always fresh. We tried a green juice, soups, which were clearly homemade and delicious. My daughter had the chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie, which was creamy and delicious! We also enjoyed a sandwich that was fresh and delicious + GLUTEN FREE! I wish they were closer to us, but we’re more than happy to make the drive to Lambertville for quality food!“

“This is a charming little hidden treasure of a shop, it has a sweet English country vibe, chintz cushions on the window seat, all baked good beautifully displayed. I’m vegan but not gluten free and am sometimes wary of gluten free baked goods but to my delight the sugar cookies were fantastic, lightly frosted and a substantial size. I never would have guessed they were gluten free. Perfect texture and sweetness. I was waited on by a charming baker who herself looked like she stepped out of a country garden. “Having moved to the area recently, my mother had looked for areas where I could eat due to my severe food allergies. And that’s why, 16 years ago as a 3 year old, I ate my first pizza ever (upside down! Haha). Very quickly Jules became my favorite pizza spot. Every few days I would beg my parents (along with my siblings) to get pizza.

I am very fortunate to return here on a road trip after moving out of state, and it seems the pizza has only gotten better! Additionally they now have products from The Happy Mixer (a local gluten/allergy free bakery) which I used to purchase food from a great deal when I was younger.

“Big fan of the Borsch Belt because they have gluten friendly options! Actually, they’re the only place locally where I can get the most delicious gluten free everything bagel breakfast sandwich! They are soft with the most wonderful bread texture and delicious flavor. I usually order 2-3 extra bagels for my freezer at home. Unfortunately, this last time I ordered the bagels were rock hard, solid, and bit stale. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence!!“
