“The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. I then cut through it like butter. Best steak I've had in 5 years. Fries (ordered instead of gratin) could be crisper. They were served under the steak.
