“Hidden Pearl catered my wedding back in Oct 2022. I am late to doing this review but I was just told again by a friend how amazing the food was. Everyone that attended our wedding has raved about how amazing the food was.I had a buffet style, and they made it seamless and easy.From the apps to the main course everyone was feed and happy and to top it off we had left overs!The owners and the staff are amazing and so professional.I wouldn't think twice to have them cater my next event!“

“I had been using a food delivery service off and on for the past year or so and when they went out of business, I did a deep dive to find something that was equally health centered, affordable, flexible and didn't require a weekly or monthly commitment AND had food maybe even one of my kids would touch. The nutritional facts make it super easy to know where my macros are and the portions are perfect, more than one lunch/dinner for me alone. Jesse called after the first delivery and was open to feedback and suggested some nice alternative options (i.e. I didn't always want the same veggie or rice etc). The Tuesday "sale" delivered on Weds is perfect for those of us who open the fridge after the weekend and think oops.....“

Besides the fantastic venue, Catherine and all of the staff supplied by JAM were absolutely amazing - they saw to assisting us with all of the set-up and take-down as well as with all of the serving and food! “I was here for a work holiday party. It was a well staffed event and one of my favorite venues that I've been to for our company holiday party. The food was all very good and the bars moved people through quickly. I do think the music was a little too loud and all over the place in terms of genre but not sure if the same music vendor is typically supplied by the venue or not. The placement of speakers made it so I could barely talk to the person next to me but we were closer to the dancefloor.“

During the planning process, Di Bruno Bros. informed us that they were going to begin to outsource their catering services by using 12th St Catering, and the last minute change made us both a bit nervous. We were introduced to Peter from 12th St Catering who was so incredibly responsive and organized -- he worked with us to make sure the menu was what we had envisioned. Overall, the event worked perfectly. The food, drinks, and service were incredible and well-priced to other places. Highly recommend Peter and the team at 12th St Catering for events at Alimentari.“

“I have always had such positive experiences with Philadelphia Catering. I work at a large University and regularly need catering services. PCC is my go-to for any/all events. They are reliable and their prices are reasonable. I’ve been working with Megan for years now on my orders and she’s wonderful! She can make a menu following my requests or budget constraints. Recently we had a department end-of-year picnic for 200 people. There was a husband and wife team that set up and serviced the event. I was impressed how well they worked together and were able to handle such a large event with just the two of them. Having employees who had worked there for years really improves the experience. I highly recommend PCC for any business or department event you may be planning!“

“This a another case of "why have I not tried this place before." I did takeout with a make your own pita with tuna salad. It was delicious! The tuna was fabulous (and I am a tuna expert :)) and the way they built the sandwich was perfect as it was not messy to eat. I will definitely be going there again to try some of the other items on their menu, of which there are many. Great place.“

“Jerry’s kitchen did my wife’s and my anniversary dinner where we had 75 guests. They provided Buffet Option #1 for us.Everyone there loved the food and it made the event that much more special for us. The main contact for Jerry’s, Scott, was super easy to work with. Very responsive and amenable to any and all requests that we had. His staff was also very easy to work with. We started our event a little late but it was no problem with them.Reasonable pricing, great customer service and high quality food. We would not hesitate to go with Jerry’s kitchen for a future event again!“

I’m so sorry for the delay, but better late than never and I just was reminded because one of my family members just text to ask your name and she really enjoyed the food !! “We went here for a quick bite and weren't disappointed. We had a chicken and a beef Philly. Both of those were huge sandwiches for the money! The beef one was chipotle and it was quite delicious but very spicy. So if you a looking for a little kick I would highly recommmend it. We also had old bay fries which had the potential to be good but they were so dang salty. They come with cheese whiz, but it doesn't help how salty they are. Lastly we got a cheese pizza. That was mid at best. Almost no cheese on it and a mediocre sauce. The place does have seating in the back despite how it looks, it just ordering was slightly confusing because they had a sign over a tablet that said order here but you really should order at the countertop because the tablet doesn't have all the options of things you could order like drinks or slices. Overall though a really good place to grab a bite, excellent staff and good food!“

“We got married at Union Trust last weekend, and we had the most wonderful experience with them and are so happy with our decision. We did our ceremony there as well as our cocktail hour and reception. We also utilized the Bridal Suite to get ready throughout the morning. Stephanie was our coordinator, and she was great. Extremely organized and helped with all of our questions and needs. Thomas helps run the show week of/day of, and he was 100% on top of everything. We did not have a wedding planner, and I didn't feel like I needed one because Finley Catering/Union Trust really handles everything for you. We didn't do an after party there, but we did opt in for the snacks at the end (pretzels and Insomnia Cookies), and that was a great decision. Also, they wrap extra cake up for guests to take on their way out, which was a nice touch. So many of our guests raved over the food and the level of service they received throughout the night, and Lisa and Tracey who helped me in the Bridal Suite all day were amazing. I honestly don't know if there are words that can adequately express how grateful we are for Finley's help and leadership in making it a perfect wedding. We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding celebration at Union Trust, and we really couldn't have asked for the day to have gone any better.“

“Our stay there was pleasant, although just for one night. We had dinner in the restaurant where I enjoyed the tasty grilled chicken with a slightly overcooked asparagus. Service though was great! The fitness Center was a nice surprise. My only setback and disappointment was the very hard pillows which deprived me of a good night's sleep. I would recommend a total pillow overhaul. Besides that, I would definitely recommend Radnor Hotel to anyone. Thanks for a brief but nice stay!“

The space is large and decor is simple. This is a great open space for dining during COVID as all the tables are well spaced out allowing parties to social distance. All staff wore gloves and masks today. We loved to see Calabash doing their part in keeping their customers and staff safe.One thing about Calabash, they are always going to offer a variety of options to choose from. Choosing what to eat is the hardest part because literally everything looks so amazing. It’s all about how much space you can save in between plates. From home fries to oxtails, EVERYTHING is amazing and satisfies that Island food craving! Sunday brunch also includes bottomless mimosas and I absolutely LOVEEEE mimosas!The pancakes are fluffy and remind me of funnel cake; thy are made so perfectly every time. THIS PLACE DOES NOT MISS! The fish is always fried to a perfect golden brown and very dish is flavorful and savory.Calabash will continue to be on my list of repeats! My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.The ordering process was seamless, and they even made some small adjustments by eliminating the use of butter, in the vegetables. The Christmas menu was well thought out, and there was a lot of variety. We chose roasted pork pancetta, brioche crusted salmon and shrimp scampi, as the main event. For our sides, we landed on brussel sprouts/ broccoli, mushroom risotto and green beans. Everything was perfectly prepared, the food was flavorful but not salty and the quality was excellent.In the future, we’ll definitely use Herb Scott Catering for our Christmas dinner, and I think next year I’ll grab a couple of main dishes for Thanksgiving.“
