We ordered the rocky’s hot sauce and fried chicken combo meal with original hot sauce and the garlic. We also ordered the Nashville tater tots, every sauce on the menu, and banana pudding. The chicken is just genuinely so good. It melted in your mouth and fell right off the bone. All the sauces were very good and had a home made feel and taste. The tater tots were really good, they had spicy but flavorful seasoning. The banana pudding was so good it was the perfect texture and taste. The service was so amazing, the women who took our order was so sweet and kind. The food was presented neatly and the order was put together with care. Our only complaint about our experience was that there is no indoor seating. The location also only has street parking so you almost have to plan ahead before going. Overall we would go again and again for that great chicken!“

“First time visiting federal donuts, must admit the name is off setting strange for a restaurant name. My first impression was that the floors were very sticky I assume it was from the fountain drinks spillage the sitting tables were filled with stains and crumbs...I immediately clean the tables and chairs that I choose. “I'm giving you a 20 star first time I've ever ordered oxtails always just order fried fish and chicken and shrimp and sometime grill shrimp first off let me say that the beautiful young lady that work the front is amazing always smiling very sweet second the food is always hot and fresh but baby the oxtails in gravy the cabbage potatoe salad and rice is top that food was so good I was sucking the bones this store is the truth and the food proves it if you want good soul food in the city of Philly please please go to blu bay the best and I was asked if the oxtails better than the Jamaican stores the oxtails supercede the Jamaican restaurant one of a kind I will continue to go back more and more love it blu bay keep up the good work ?“

“The chicken is okay. It feels like fried chicken but in a tender form factor and I kind of like that. It's not very juicy or flavorful on its own but it's okay cuz the sauce carries it.
Fries are honestly pretty disappointing. Like I know you're not coming to Cane's for the fries duh but they're not particularly seasoned or anything and kinda feels like your average store bought crinkle cut. They also happen to be carried harder by the sauce than the chicken is so they sorta end up aight.
The bread is good, can't really go wrong with white bread and butter. The coleslaw is okay if you like coleslaw in general but it won't knock your socks off either.
Overall it's like a 6.5/10. Definitely overhyped but really not bad either, especially if you're hungry. Kinda have to be in the mood for it.“
