“Food is predictable. The fountain drinks always have an odd taste, but this is typical of BK, as I think it's universal in the cup manufacturer they use. The morning service people are very friendly but sometimes can be too friendly in your business.“

The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating lady so I didn’t know her name was so happy to be where she was working. She was pleasant and just happy something nice to see the food was amazing on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 15. I have the Hawaiian burger, everything’s prepared the way I requested the fresh cut fries salted perfectly. I will definitely return here whether I move to this area or another. “i was going to pick up for 3 plus me. They wouldn't let me order a 4th sandwich. So I asked the 2-person group behind me if they would order me a burger since they were only getting 2 sandwiches. The grill guy looked at me and said "are you trying to get a 4th sandwich?" Then the person who was ordering for me started getting mouthy with him and the cold cut guy started screaming and waving a knife around. The people who were trying to order my extra burger (for a total of 3 of their 6 sandwich allotment) said "f this, we're outta here" and gave me back my money. I'm pretty sure even if i had gotten back in the twenty minute line they wouldn't have let me order another burger. To be fair, they had a hand written sign detailing the policy. Had i known about that policy, I would have brought another person or called the order in 2 hours before opening at 8 am (as their hand written policy suggested). I won't be back due to the way they handled my in-policy work around (the knife waving was a real turnoff).“

“Overall a great place to eat! Food is Halal!!! There are plenty of options to choose from. We ordered onion rings, Angus Burger, Fried/crispy burger, and I think Poutine with jalapeños. All of them tasted great! The onion rings were really crispy and good. Same with the burgers. I’m not going to lie but the poutine wasn’t the best but still decent. The staff were also really kind and gave us burger sauce on the side that tasted good.

1 suggestion for the restaurant is to just put less salt on the burgers. But other than that is tasted good!“

“On 8/9 around 9:30pm I was traveling through the area with my husband and my newly acquired dog. My dog had bad anxiety causing her to over heat and my husband and i were hungry so we stopped at Hardee’s being the closest to us and I have to say the gentleman that were working were amazing. They gave me a bowl for water and didn’t mind me coming in and out to get cold water to cool my dog down. At one point I went in to get my food and it was now closer to 10pm and there was a female customer who was being in my opinion rude to the manager on duty. He was very polite and tried to explain that he couldn’t do something because of cross contamination and she at one point made the comment I’ll say something to your boss because she comes into my store all the time. Mind you the gentleman was being as helpful as possible, she was just being difficult. Anyways I want to give flowers to the men that were working and thank them for helping me out with my dog she is doing great and the food was really good. I had the Swiss mushroom burger, not sure what kind of burger my husband had but it had lettuce and tomato on it And he got apple turnovers and he said those were the best apple turnovers he ever had. If we are passing through Dauphen County again We will definitely be stopping.“
