“Our 1st visit to Parkview Hotel. Stopped in for a couple drinks. Good home town bar. Great atmosphere and true home town feel. Bar tender was great. Place was super busy and bar tender was on top of it keeping everyone with drinks. We live 40 minutes away but whenever we are in the area we will make a point to go to Parkview.“
“This place is awesome...great atmosphere...wonderful local crowd...great bar menu and service...absolutely awesome place to enjoy a fun day or evening with great people...the future plans for this restaurant are incredible...gonna be the place to go for a great Lancaster experience...“
“nice local pub to grab some bar food. Had the cheesesteak and brussel spouts. nice service. There when it wasn't too busy. Would give it higher but there was NO non-alcoholic beers. Would love to see Athletic Brewing or Guiness zero.“
“Whenever we're in town for AAU games at spookynook, we make sure we stop in for dinner. It's a no brainer! The staff is cool/chill ?, very pleasant. The food is great.... prices are fantastic. I love the tuna tacos. I met one of the owners, she was so cool. It was refreshing to see an owner mix it up with customers. For watching sports...there are no bad TV angles. That was definitely well thought out. If you want a great experience and great food, REALLY good drinks ??Go there!!! Forget any other restaurant. They're the real deal.“
“First: this is a private club, and we were there as guests of a member. That said, there is a liberal guesting policy, and there are some public events.I love when I can get to the Liederkranz, and I've been visiting as a guest for years, even when they were in the old location on Water Street. The food is exceptional German cuisine, and the beer a broad selection of German classics, American mainstream, and craft, well kept and cared for. There are German specialty liquors as well. But the real attraction is the spirit and atmosphere. We always feel welcome here. Great people, staff and members. If I lived only an hour away, I'd apply for membership tomorrow. Prosit!“
“There are two kinds of people on this planet: 1. those who eat at smoking bars and 2. those who do not eat at smoking bars. If you don't mind chewing through patron/personal cigarette smoke, this place offers food at fairly low prices and affordable drinks. The service was great and the local regulars were fun to enjoy a pint beside. If you're not looking for anything too authentic or some kind of signature experience, this dive bar may be worth taking a look at.Vegetarian options: There are salads, sandwiches and occasionally soups that can accommodate vegetarian diets.“
“We have a group of 12 that go to Stubby's on Shippen Street every year on Super Bowl Sunday for lunch. The food and the service is always excellent!!!! We all have lunch then many of the couples get a stromboli to go to eat when watching the Super Bowl.“
“Our hotel suggested we try Brasserie for dinner, and we are glad we took their suggestion! The food was very good, the best tomato soup I have ever had. My husband had the prime rib , and he said it was really good. The Pinot noir by the glass was good, too. A good place to go.“
“I could've sworn I've done this but apparently not. PJs has become one of my favorite restaurants making me wish there was one in Schuylkill County years ago when I use to live there. Foods always delicious and they have great monthly and seasonal specials.Parking: The lots shared with other restaurants but I've always found a spot“
“Looooooved this visit!! Great food, fast and very friendly service all around!!! Drinks were strong....looking for a date night? Go here!¡ we played bowling afterwards 3 games in 1hr!!! 3rd round was a power play fast round haha! and we played In the arcade. We will be back!!!! I recommend the long island ice teas and the pulled pork & crispy onion BBQ pulled pork. My bfs BBQ burger was also banging!!! ? Thanks for a wonderful experience!! Made me feel 21 again ?“
“Our bartender was so sweet! She came up with a great drink for my lady who is not a beer fan. We each ordered a small plate and split a third. My only qualm is the one we shared: the Asian cauliflower. The flavor was there! The potential was there! But either (1) batter and fry smaller pieces or (2) par cook the cauliflower. Boil or roast... but battering raw cauli and basically flash frying leaves a texture that is too difficult to cut into. But the batter and the flavor and the slaw is all on point! Will definitely be back.“
“My family went for lunch and we ate outdoors. The food was absolutely delicious and I will definitively go back.Parking: I love that the parking spots are on a slant. This makes pulling in and backing out so much easier in the narrow space beside the building. There is also parking in the back.“
“Holy Cow!!, why have you not eaten here? Food, service, atmosphere -all 100%+ Pizza enthusiasts have to make the decision... crispy crust or a heck of alot of toppings. I prefer the toppings, which won me over. If Andrew is working the bar, make sure you grab a seat. Great dude. Never let's a glass get empty. Amazing local spot. Get your rear end here. Seriously.“
“I've visited this place twice now. Coincidentally, both times were karaoke nights, and everyone involved had a blast. The staff is great, the drinks are strong, and they are good at bouncing the riff raff.Parking: Parking in downtown Lancaster can be challenging.Kid-friendliness: Not sure about daytime kid friendliness, but definitely not kid-friendly after dinner.“
“We visited the Brunnerville Hotel for the first time tonight. The atmosphere is great, as is the service. Shannon was our server, and she was fantastic. The food was good, especially the crab bisque. The Long Island Iced Teas that Shannon made were delicious.“
