“I love this place. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. They were very friendly. The girl bought my order out within 2 minutes. They also gave me a couple while I was waiting. The food was made properly and fresh. The store was clean and had some cute little decorations up for St. Patrick's Day. I think people are just having one bad day or judging too harsh Everyone I saw had a smile“

“Now I will say that no one is perfect and I have had a couple orders that weren't right at this location. But they were always quick to fix it as long as it was within their means. I also want to note that I really appreciate the fact that when I come in in the morning to grab breakfast that all the staff groups me by name. They are all super nice and I really do appreciate that. I wish I could shout out specific names, but I don't really know all the girls names. But I do know Carol is a sweetheart, and the two managers that we're working this morning on 8/5/2025 around 8:45am. They all have amazing customer service skills, and I think they should be commended for that because honestly that's a very rare Trait in the service industry these days.“

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and acknowledged. the young man at the register Angelo was great his customer services was amazing and he smiled the whole time. Watching him do his job was amazing how he got orders out quickly. I did not wait long for my order“

“I was having an issue swiping my son's gift card because it was bent. The employee ( sorry I forgot his name) was able to help me use the gift card. I really appreciated him making a phone call and figuring out how to apply the balance with a card that was unable to be scanned.“

“On August 6 2024, I was picking up an order from this Papa John's as soon as I came in I was greeted by Anthony and Brandon. They told me my order would be ready in three minutes. I came out to my car and saw I had a flat tire. I went inside and asked if either one of them had a jack in their vehicle. Brandon, let me use the jack from his car. So I could get the flat tire off of mine. As I was working on getting the tire off, I was starting to feel really hot and tired. So I went inside Anthony gave me a wet paper towel so I could put on my neck they let me sit inside so I could cool down. After I got the tire on Brandon let me use his tire pump so I could put air in my spare tire. These young gentlemen went above to help me out when they didn't have to. I really appreciate their help.“

“Me and my mother dined in here on 7/26/25. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. Colson in particular was just wonderful. He was upbeat, confident and incredibly willing to serve. When I asked for some extra ranch, he gave me as many as he could carry. All of the staff had smiles on their faces, and were clearly making the food with love. The restaurant itself was sparkling clean, and we got our food in under a minute. What a treat to come in here, on a Saturday at 12pm too, no less! We will ABSOLUTELY come again, fantastic job!!“

“I still don't understand the line at this place it's always crazy, but the chicken is pretty darn good. The line moves fast, as fast as can be expected when there's 100 people waiting on line for chicken. It's worth it...“
