“I go thru this drive thru often, and this evening I went through with a larger more complicated order. In my frazzled state, I dropped my card out the window and couldn’t reach it. I said I would pull around to pick it up after I got my drinks. Instead, the two sweet baristas working made all my drinks and went outside in the rain to grab my card for me. 11/10 customer service and kindness. And the drinks were perfect.“

“This coffee shop is the lifeblood of downtown New Kensington. Employees are so amazing and always super nice and helpful. The shop atmosphere is always chill, and every time im in there, the conversation is always on point.

To the person who gave one star to this shop because you arrived after closing time, not cool. If they have cleaned up, why would they start a fresh pot of coffee just for you. Because you came 30 minutes from Monroeville? Grow up. What if they had an appointment they had to make after work? Or a nanny to relieve? Not everything is about you all the time. Have someself-awarenesss, man.

“I mean... It's a Starbucks. The coffee is usually a little burnt, like all Starbucks. The mochas are gritty, like all Starbucks. But the staff are friendly and simply amazing at keeping up with the high volume that comes through at times!

“Hands down the best Starbucks I have ever visited ANYWHERE!!!! Stopped here before our journey back to Maryland and received the best customer service I’ve had in years. The ladies working the counter were pleasant and got our drinks ready in a hurry.I have been to Starbucks from Seattle to Washington D.C., and I can tell you with 100% certainty this is the best location I’ve ever been too. Plenty of parking, the styling of the building is modern and wide open, and the place wasn’t a damn zoo!Our local Starbucks in Maryland can’t get a drink together in under 15 minutes. It seems like a minor detail, but this was the last stop on our vacation and it really left me with a smile. Very well done to this locations staff, management, and owners! The atmosphere was inviting and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. I’ll be back in November and will definitely be coming to this little coffee shop again.“
