Kindness goes so far especially in today's world. The older lady working today 6/19 at 5 pm was so sweet to not only me but my daughter in the car. “Good evening! I am just messaging to let you know that I had gotten an order at Burger King in hazle township this evening. They screwed up the 3 whopper sandwiches so later on they made it right by giving us new ones. So at that time we ordered more food. My brother got a whopper and a meal with chicken nuggets and they forgot them. Also he paid $5 for 1 whopper and there’s a deal 2/$5. Shouldn’t they have asked him if they were the same price for 2. I’m so disappointed with the store tonight!!“

“Service was adequate. Stopped for a quick bite around 1130 am. Kiosk would not make a plain option, went to counter to order
When order was complete and we stopped to get ketchup and napkins, napkin dispensers were empty. The floor and counter were flooded with someone's drink and when the counter person was alerted she replied I am kind of busy right now? I'll get to it when I can. The plain sandwich that was ordered came without bacon which was ordered.“
