“Today, had lunch at The First Post in York, PA. The place is nice and spacious, located on East Market Street. Our party of four shared a ravioli appetizer and had French Onion soup. Both were delicious!!! Easily the best French Onion soup I've eaten!!! For lunch, we each had something different. My Aunt had Salmon Salad. My wife had The Post Steak Sandwich with fries. Our son had the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo. I settled for.the Fish & Chips!! Each of us loved our meals - taking at least half home!! The portions were enormous!!! To wrap up, we decided on some dessert. My Aunt and wife had the Creme Brulee. My son and I had the Chocolate Reese Cake Tort. So good!!!! Service was phenomenal!! If in the York, PA area, you MUST stop in and eat up!!!“

“We always came there for crab legs in the past. But we just discovered their amazing brisket and burnt ends. Huge fans! And we just had my family over this past weekend with several lbs of brisket, burnt ends, and sides we made, and everything was GONE! So delish, food was so tender it fell apart, served hot, and loved by all! And the owners are amazing!!!!! Our new fave spot in York and we will be back again and again!!! Thank you for the delectable experiences and we can’t wait to host more family and friends with your food!!!!❤️“

“The dogs do not disappoint, and the tots are perfect. The lunch special is a good value. Extensive beer selection, and a well-stocked bar. Atmosphere is simple and unassuming. Clean, uncluttered. It’s a bar, with more interesting menu options and way better food than any number of places that look the same on the surface. Friendly and attentive staff make the visit pleasant, and the hard rock-centric playlist is darn close to perfect - and at the right volume to be enjoyable without being obtrusive. We look forward to exploring the rest of the menu!“

The patty melt leaned classic comfort with a side of fries. Nothing over the top. It was perfect, and seasoned beautifully. The mild wings over fries (Monday deal win) proved you can still get a solid meal for just $10. The nachos? Exactly what you want. Cheese, jalapeños, taco meat onions, salsa and sour cream. Atmosphere-wise, it feels local in the best way — relaxed on one side, bar going on the other. Perfect mix for introverts and extroverts. “Their ads for sales are false! Went outta our way to get seafood for a nice dinner and they had the Jumbo Snow Crab Legs on sale for $9.99 a pound...My husband went and wanted to get 2lbs for him and I ...he got there and the were only selling them in 4lb bags!!! No where in the ad did it state sold in 4lb bags.It said$9.99 a pound!!! My husband tried to ask them we only wanted 2lbs but they said this all they have!!! So they try and get you there with falsely advertising all other items stated sold In whatever lbs but not those...I called and talked to someone and he totally was incompetent of what I was trying to say to him....won't be going there again as they seem to try and dip in your wallet for $ and don't stand by their false advertising“

“Just went for the first time. Place was excellent. We were early and only ones eating. That had us nervous at first but they way impressed us. Our waitress was super sweet. Food was amazing! Thank you for a very pleasant meal. Best wings I have ever had. Our meals were top notch. Five of us ate and we all felt the same way.“
