“At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time.
I wish I knew your name bud, you deserve the recognition and respect that you so effortlessly earned. Keep up the hard work, I promise it'll pay off!!

“Let’s be honest the people are the best part of Chick-fil-A. In my opinion, the food could be a little better quality, but the training here and the quality of service is second to none. A true picture of what good training and treating your employees can look like. On their fast food restaurant should take a note but they don’t.“

“Food is always great at Five Guys, so no complaints here. The staff was also very friendly. We had a newborn in the parking lot and had eaten out food in the car, so we were parked outside for a while (our baby then had thrown up so we were outside of the car cleaning up and such) and because of that a staff member came out and asked if we were okay which was really nice!“

“This has been my go to arbys for years now. Worth the 40 minute trip to crush my arbys cravings knowing this location has only ever slightly messed up an order by giving me crinkle fries instead of curly. I miss the spicy 3 pepper sauce though, it was my go to for on my sandwich and fries. The workers here are always nice and polite as well.“

“The team at the McMurray DQ is wonderful! I came in requesting about 25 separate orders for a takeout lunch for residents at my job. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They separated and labeled all the orders, had all the drinks packaged nicely in carriers, and helped me get everything out to my car. “The Long John Silver's on Washington Pike is a good place to go but now they put computers in for your ordering so that leaves me out cuz I can't even work a cell phone anyways CeCe came from behind the counter and she helped me with my order and placed it for me and that was very nice of her because they were very busy and she took the time to do that she's a very nice person and they should hire more people like her basic let her train people how to be treated when I don't understand something“

“I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.

I was very satisfied with both the food and the service, and I will definitely be visiting this store again. Highly recommend giving Firehouse Subs a try!“

I can’t usually gush over pizza place food, but everything was spot on! The wings were a good size and cooked great, the amount of sauce on them was perfect (mango habanero). I stopped in to get a sub for my 80 year-old aunt I asked the young man if he would mind putting the vinegar and oil on the side because I had to transport the hoagie and if it got soggy, I’d never hear the end of it. He was so nice. He said absolutely. he rang me up. I get in my car in the parking lot and this young man comes out and says miss I forgot to give you your vinegar and oil. “I usually don't go to this chain unless I'm traveling and it's the only thing available. Recently I heard someone mention a new burger was on the menu. I decided to give the Arch burger a try. It was really good. It was the best burger I've experienced at this chain in many years. I hope this is the beginning of better menu items in the future. To me the Arch burger is a hit and should be on the menu permanently. I will definitely be willing to eat more of those and have already recommended it to 4 people already.“

Neither the men’s not the women’s room had a table and we had to take him back out to the car to change him.
