“Went there for the first time on Tuesday October 4th. I had the General two's chicken and crab Rangoon's. I was surprised with the amount of crab Rangoon's I got. Even though it was packed to go I asked the nice lady if it was okay if my friend and I could eat inside. That wasn't a problem. Everything was fresh! The chicken didn't taste stale (unlike some places I've eaten at in Nebraska) the egg roll was not bad, and the crab Rangoon's were pretty good too just thought they could have used a little extra flavor like a little green onion or some white pepper. The protion looked small but don't let your eyes fool you it was a decent sized portion and I got full. Split the crab Rangoon's with my friend and ate them on my dinner break at work. I probably will end up going back but there's other places in the area I want to try as well.“

“Super affordable, old-school Chinese American cuisine. The egg foo young gravy was excellent and the egg patties were perfectly fried. The steamed pork dumplings are not your typical dumplings that you order at a Chinese food restaurant. These seemed homemade, and were packed with yummy goodness. My daughter usually finishes an entire serving of dumplings easily, but these were so big she even had leftovers. The Hawaiian Fried Rice had a bit of a kick but not overwhelming, just enough to let you know it is there. The portion size for this was also big and it had good flavor. The Beef Chow Fun was also delicious, those noodles are so good and I had leftovers for days. \n\nThe waitress was also very attentive, filled our water a bunch of times and was very friendly.“

“Golden Palace is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in town. It serves delicious Cantonese dishes. The service is prompt, and the waitresses are so nice and kind.

Highly Recommended: Salty Flowing Egg Yolk Bun, Steamed Fish (Bass), Char Siu (Roasted Pork), House Treasure (mixed vegetable and meat), Mushroom and Chicken Clay Pot Rice (the perfect mix of soft and crunchy rice with sweet and savouriness), Fried Pork Intestine (+ Spicy Fried Intestine with Preserved Vegetables), Peking Pork Loin (Sweet and Sour Pork), and the Seafood Pan Fried Noodles. I also love the Steamed Okra, and the Sufu Spinach.

I have never been disappointed at Golden Palace, and I don’t think you will.“

“Restaurant: PLEASE clean the inside of the restaurant. The front desk and seating area with the flowers is soooo dirty. When I went to pick up the food I almost turned around. So dusty and just gross. Honestly it’s the first impression you make. Please just clean it up. I tables looked clean. The floors were fine. But the front area was awful.

Food & Service: The food is great. Egg rolls are amazing. I’m so mad I didn’t get the crab Rangoons now. I know they would have been great. I will say the chicken is a little more fried than I would like. Super crispy and tastes fresh. I don’t like my sesame chicken super fried. But the next day it’s so good. Service was fast. The kids were kind, I didn’t see the adults. They gave my kids some Easter candy which was really cute.“

“I can't say enough good things about this location, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, the women taking the orders and answering the phone are always nice and courteous. I've been ordering their food for 6 years now and I have never had 1 issue. I weekly get the general sto's and never get tired of it. Prices are very reasonable to. All in all this is hands down the best chinese in the pittsburgh area.“

“There is a reason this restaurant doesn't need to have a dine-in area. Their food is amazing and reasonably priced. The biggest compliment I can give Golden Dragon is "consistency." We have ordered from them for years and never had a bad dish/meal!

“Tried Rice King for the first time and I’m glad I did. Ordered takeout of Hunan pork, vegetable lo-mein and steamed dumplings. Both vegetables and pork were very fresh and each dinner was seasoned as it should be with generous portions. The dumplings were large and savory.

I arrived few minutes early from pickup time given when I phoned my order to find everything ready and nicely bagged up. The owner greeted me when I entered and was pleasant to talk with. I’ll visit Rice King again.“

“Amazing hot pot! This was my first time trying something like this and it was delicious. We had the tom yum and curry hotpot. It came with veggie, meat/fish sides that you cook in the broth. Kind of like an Asian fondue!
Their boba is ok, but the food is excellent and hit the spot on a cold rainy night!“
