“We went the other night and were not disappointed at the food or service. However the price was high and this is not critical but the ambiance was not there. The tables were so close that we could hear everyone's conversation. Also it was very hard to hear what the owner was saying when he was telling us the specials. There is no liquor available and you must bring your own BOB and for the price of the entrees, it would have been nice to be able to do this. Again I will say the food was exceptional but suggestions would be to leave more space between diners, lower the lightening, possibly use tablecloths rather than place mats. All in all, it was a nice one time restaurant but probably would not go again.”

Also it’s dog friendly at the tables out back only in the Grassy Areas, but that was fine with us!

We were a party of 5 adults and 1 dog.

We came at noon on a sunny Saturday afternoon and had no wait to get a table.

Our dog loved the lush grass around the table and we enjoyed the sun umbrella and clean table.

To get to this area, when facing front of the building, walk along the Left Side of building, past the dumpsters and to the gate in the rear.

Ordering food is done by scanning the QR code at walk up counter in the rear.

Wait for your drinks after ordering and then have a seat and they bring your food to your table.

It’s excellent to do the 4 beer flight first and then pick your favorite for a full glass (but please note, this is not a cheap place!)

We had 2 GF flatbreads and 1 flight & 2 glasses beer and our tab was $84.00
But, for us getting GF, that was ok.

Inside is rather upscale and has a nice size bar and table seating.

The lobby is quite lovely and the bathrooms were clean and well appointed.

There is plenty of parking for free and also there are some cute places to shop in walking distance.

“We ate here for the first time last night for boyfriend’s birthday. I had made a reservation and we were seated right away. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic. From the pretzel covered mozzarella squares to the agave fish tacos (soooo good), to the elephant ear we had for dessert! We also had a flight to help us choose what we wanted a full pour of to drink. I went with the sour nitro beer (Wildest Dreams) and my boyfriend had the Grinnin’ Grizzly… both of which were excellent. On the way out we picked up some bottled soda to take home. All the staff were super friendly and our waitress was very attentive as well. Overall amazing experience and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!”

“Stopped by St. Catherine Labouré church's food truck fest today (8/17) and picked up a crab cake, an order of cheesy crab balls, fries and cole slaw. Man, everything was BANGIN'! First of all the crab is tasty, you can tell they're getting it fresh, and the portions were generous. Denise still had some crab cake leftover, and the cheesy crab balls were really nicely spicy, with a ton of crabmeat. We split fries, a HUGE order, and split the slaw, also enough for two. Fries have a seafood seasoning similar to Old Bay, and the slaw was nicely tangy, slightly creamy, just a hint of sweet. Definitely got the seasoning right, the crab is copious, and it's a super value. Denise reports: lump crab in those cakes, NO FILLER!”

“I had such a wonderful, unexpected experience at this pizza place! By chance, I met the owners and they invited me and my husband to try their pizza, and it is now definitely my favorite pizza I’ve ever had! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and every bite showed the care they put into it. The prices were comparable to corporate owned chains but the quality was astronomically better than any other place I’ve been to. Having moved here from the West Coast I have been enjoying the opportunity to try new restaurants especially cuisine not as easy to come by back in our hometown. The owner spun the dough right in front of us, and it was clear how proud he is of his restaurant. He welcomed every customer with genuine warmth, making the atmosphere truly enjoyable. It felt like an authentic Italian experience, full of heart and passion. I can’t wait to go back and I am happy to know they even offer delivery! Looking forward to trying other items on their menu as well!”

My lunch shrimp fajitas were excellent, I asked for corn tortillas, she forgot & brought flour ones - I saved on eating carbs and just didn’t eat any, no biggie.

The other meals were delicious for the other persons in my group.

Volume was good and we could chat easily.

Decorative Mexican flare and comfortable booth seating.

Totally bill for 3 for lunch was $42.82

“Having lived in Nepal in the 1970s, we can vouch for the authenticity of the flavors in Durbar's cuisine. We chose the buffet option, and will return to sample individual dishes in the future. Altogether excellent experience. Very flavorful food and nice presentation. Service was also very good.”

She called back and the male manager answered and stated that he called her back two days prior. She only called the day before. Then he said he called he back the day she called and she told him that he did not. So a lieing manager. We we had 15 people interested in coming to your establishment, I would think it would have been a couple hundred dollars, but you refused us. YOUR LOSS. Hopefully anyone from our group will never patronize your business. It would have been my first time since we are driving to meet the others that are from Duncansville/Altoona area. I would give you a ZERO review. The business down the street was more than happy to accommodate us with open arms. YOUR LOSS!”
