“First time going here and we messed up our order so after we checked the receipt we went up and asked, Ashton W was our server, and was able to chang our order. He was extremely nice about it and didn't have any problems. Any questions we had he answered politely with no issue. I definitely recommend this restaurant, for the quality of food, and the quality of service you receive.“

The rice is soft, not greasy, the chicken is tender, I can say about the special 🤩The shrimp are large, the pork is tender, and the chicken is tender I love the texture of the crunchy noodles, and the soft center is simply unique and cheap. The place is modest, but the food is awesome 👏“

“This place is our local favorite for traditional Chinese food takeout. I'm not claiming that it is gourmet or elite dining, but we do egg rolls, pork fried rice, and Sesame Chicken, and it's great. The restaurant is clean, and the young man is always chatty (great family owns this place). It is slightly hidden off Fisher Rd., but the preferred option for the 17055.“

“Best place for takeout, hands down. I've been going here for literally 17 years, and I've never been disappointed with my food. Not once. I recently found out from her sister, that the woman who I've always seen at the front counter has retired. And I just want to say thank you for all the times you've packaged up me and my family's food, taken our orders, and delivered to our house. You always did so with a smile and a cheerful demeanor. “To preface, I don’t live in Mechanicsburg, so I asked my co-workers where is a good place to get Chinese take-out, and they said Giant. I was really confused and skeptical because our Giant doesn’t have a hot bar like this…. But let me say… it exceeded all my expectations!!! It is very reasonably priced, they give you huge portions and they guy serving was super nice and funny!Definitely will be going back here when I’m craving Chinese again!!“

“We get from here at my office often and it is always top notch. We used to go to a different place but have fully switched to here. The food is always fresh and hot when they get to the office. Sometimes the service for take out isn't the friendliest but when they're busy we get that. Would definitely make it your go to place!“

“Eat from here about once a week and it is consistently good. Their boneless spare ribs are tender and tasty. The fried rice is perfect, I want to say it has sesame seed oil in it. Every noodle dish I've had is delicious. Food is always freshly made when I pick it up and the portions are great for the price.“

“Love, love, love this place!! When we first moved into our house almost 6 years ago, we were looking for our staple restaurant places (Pizza, Chinese, etc) and we tried China Tea House and have been going there ever since!!!
Their food is always on point with flavor and expensive selection (even though I order General Tso's almost every time). It's always piping hot when I pick it up and they are always the nicest people!

Would highly recommend if you are on the hunt for a place to call your Chinese food fave!

“Ordered crab ragoon, wonton soup, chicken & brocoli combo - all came out excellent.

I will say I'm used to the crab ragoon being more stuffed & there being more chicken in the chicken & brocoli which also came with carrots for some reason but I can forgive them.

Ordered delivery & it came very quickly, delivery fee a little high for someplace 1.5miles away plus tip made it 10$ more expensive but eh man needs to eat sometimes. AND again I forgive them, they are in a rural like area providing quality food, atleast from what I ordered.“

“My nephew loves I mean loves this place he gets the spare ribs extra sauce, with pork fried rice, and cheese fries with spare rib sauce on them. I get the shrimp and broccoli it is to die for. It taste the way Chinese is supposed to or how it did in the 90s. We live in Allentown. We drive all the way to Harrisburg for it. We ordered 5 orders, for the whole house and it only came to $53. “Great find! First time there. Got beef chow mein. They velvet their meat so it was tender & juicy. The veg were fresh. So nice to have super hot (temperature) food that is cooked fresh & not sitting for hours in a steam tray. 10/10 recommend. Inside is spotless but very plain. Will definitely return!“

“Absolutely love this place. No unnecessary fuss or flash, just consistently good food, thoughtful packaging, and great prices. They don’t ask for tips on takeout like many other places, which is a huge plus and makes it easy to come back often. Long live good taste.“

We've gotten good experiences here for some time now.Notably, this is one of the Chinese places that knows how to change their oil out once in a while so everything doesn't taste like everything else.I would recommend take out. The dining room is cold in the winter. That said, plan ahead. There have been times where 20 minutes has turned into 40. It's a family owned business and there are times they are shorthanded.

Parking: Have never seen the parking lot so full you couldn't find a space.“
