My order has been prepared exactly according to my instructions and is always hot and fresh. I have not always been able to get particular flavors of Donuts or Munchkins when I have wanted, but I understand that some popular flavors sell faster than others. It happens. The employees are always apologetic and offer an alternative suggestion.“
