I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. Great spot to grab a quick bite or pick something up on your way through. Friendly and quick service. Reasonable prices. Large portions. The potato pancakes were especially delicious (and massive!).”

The food was absolutely delicious and so beautifully prepared. The drinks were exquisite and like the salad, ice cold the way you dream of. The meal was piping hot. That never happens.
