“I came into the Matamoras subway in PA AND MY GOD. after a good pump at the neighboring business, planet fitness, I found myself in DIRE need of some food, nutrients, PROTEIN. There I was at the entrance of subway and I was greeted with a BEAMING smile from Rebecca my sandwich artist at the time. And may I say artist is an understatement because rebecca hand crafted the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. I genuinely saw the gates of heaven open up as I took each bite getting an explosion of flavors! It was a wonderful experience 10/10 in all ways I would recommend REBECCA IS THE BEST SANDWICH OF NOT ONLY OUR GENERATION BUT OF ALL TIME. keep up the good work girlfriend. “Just wonderful. My first experience with this location, I had ordered a sandwich on the app, but got a message saying my order had been cancelled, but I noticed they charged me anyway. I went to the restaurant to inquire, and the employee Tina said they'd never gotten an online order even after I showed her my confirmation and payment. She suggested I contact corporate for a refund because this had "literally never happened before", so I left, no big whoop. A couple hours later, Tina called me back and said they got the cancelled order and she made me the sandwich, and I could come pick it up if I wanted lol. I lived close enough, so I did. She felt soo bad for the back and forth even though it wasn't even her fault, and she was SO SWEET! She even gave me a couple free treats!Went again today, she chatted me up so lovely, and my sandwich was AMAZING. Its just so nice to see the kindness in people even if they aren't having the best day. What a kind hearted woman! Thanks Tina!“
“The girl who helped me today was so nice and sweet. I wish I knew her name but she had tattoos on her fingers and arms. She was so kind and helpful to my son and I and she went the extra mile. Everything was great, we ate in the place while I got an oil change. I wish I could describe her better without mentioning the tattoos. However, I hope management knows who I’m talking about because she was an angel ?. The sandwich and icee were great. Thank you for making our day!“
