“Cool place. We were looking for a local bar with a pool table. After stopping by a few places that were a complete disappointment we stumbled onto The Eldorado. Atmosphere was great and the locals were friendly. The food was ok. If we're ever out that way again we'd definitely stop in again.“

Elrama Generating Station was running full bore as well as West Penn Power and the mines were open supplying coal to these giant power houses Well that era is gone!!! But not the people, they still come get drunk and swing down memory lane. A patron played a song on the juke box " Country Road" by John Denver. “Definitely do not come here for the atmosphere or the cleanliness. It hasn't seen a sanitizer since 1980. Literally. It was pretty bad. BUT....we committed to staying because someone gave the food a 5 stars review...and I see why. It was hands down the best breakfast I've had. Every part of that meal was a 5. Only the food, the coffee was awful, so not the beverages, just the food. I was in total shock. That cook needs a raise! Also,it's a shame, someone needs to clean this place up, and give the dining area a face lift. Because, the food their serving deserves to be served on a nice plate, and put on a clean, bought this century, booth. It also smells real bad, they need to open up the windows and let some fresh air in there.“

“i have taken several people here visiting from all over PA and even Florida. Everyone loved it, it's like a dive bar from the past. Not fancy on purpose, not pretentious on purpose. The food is off the charts, wings, burgers, cheese steaks. They even have a tent set up for the covid. Do yourself a favor and find this gem.“

“For a small roadside bar the food is really really great! I'm a wings snob and the wings here check ALL my boxes! Friends also enjoyed the burgers. We have been twice and service was great. Last night there was one bartender and live music so it wasn't slow, but the bartender (sadly, I didn't get her name) was ON TOP OF IT! We NEVER waited for a refill and she often checked in on our large group to make sure we had all we needed. We WILL be back!“
