“We visited Rizzle’s Roadhouse for the first time today! It is half bar and half restaurant so we expected the typical bar food. WHAT A SURPRISE! THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! There were four of us and we all agree and will go back even though we live an hour away. We had grilled chicken mahi-mahi, ribs and steak - all excellent! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Literally the best pizza I’ve had my whole life, and I don’t prefer Detroit Style. It is just so good that it change you forever. The beer is super awesome too and I’m with my friend Andrew which makes it super good. Shoutout to Karly who is also super awesome.“

“Definitely do not come here for the atmosphere or the cleanliness. It hasn't seen a sanitizer since 1980. Literally. It was pretty bad. BUT....we committed to staying because someone gave the food a 5 stars review...and I see why. It was hands down the best breakfast I've had. Every part of that meal was a 5. Only the food, the coffee was awful, so not the beverages, just the food. I was in total shock. That cook needs a raise! Also,it's a shame, someone needs to clean this place up, and give the dining area a face lift. Because, the food their serving deserves to be served on a nice plate, and put on a clean, bought this century, booth. It also smells real bad, they need to open up the windows and let some fresh air in there.“

“Picture if you can going back in time to an era when there was major industry in the valley. Elrama Generating Station was running full bore as well as West Penn Power and the mines were open supplying coal to these giant power houses Well that era is gone!!! But not the people, they still come get drunk and swing down memory lane. A patron played a song on the juke box " Country Road" by John Denver. Everyone in the place sang along and smiled a simple song for simple people Beware of the bartender though she skims 5/30/2018 The sign is back on!!!! Come on in, enjoy a cold beer on a hot day“
“We were traveling through the area and found this cool bar, people were so nice, the owner served us, she is beautiful, a couple of people that were there bought us drinks, we in turn bought them one, so refreshing to meet those kind of people, it's rare these days!! “Run, don't walk, to Vesta! Everything from our soup and salads, entrees, and dessert was delicious. I had the veal parm and it was the best I've ever had-and that's from a picky Italian girl. Jennifer, our server, was very attentive and helpful. You get what you pay for and Vesta did not disappoint. We will be back soon!“

“usually very good food but on my last visit I ordered a Rubin sandwich and told there was only one left. the Rubin was terrible, stale bread and stringy and fatty meat. My suggestion would be don't order anything that is the last one left on the menu.“

“What an amazing find such a nice tiny wonderful little restaurant right in town next to the library. I hadn’t even noticed it before but my goodness best Seabass I think I’ve ever eaten in my life. Great service nice cool dining room and strong cocktails a great time!!“
“We had the opportunity to visit Coal Hill Tavern after seeing the amazing Christmas storefronts in downtown Brownsville. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The wings were great and everything else we ate was yummy. The drinks were cheap too! I definitely recommend Coal Hill Tavern!“

“For a small roadside bar the food is really really great! I'm a wings snob and the wings here check ALL my boxes! Friends also enjoyed the burgers. We have been twice and service was great. Last night there was one bartender and live music so it wasn't slow, but the bartender (sadly, I didn't get her name) was ON TOP OF IT! We NEVER waited for a refill and she often checked in on our large group to make sure we had all we needed. We WILL be back!“

“First time here so I won't judge but it was wing night and they only had the bar keeper and a cook. So to say service was slow is an understatement. We were there almost 2 hours She was nice but almost seemed like she was new and stranded.
Wings were good.

“On Saturday I had to call 911 for a friend that was in physical distress and was very sick. Monessen Fire Dept/EMS showed up as they knew the ambulance was delayed. They treated my friend promptly and with the utmost kindness and respect. She and I both really appreciated their true concern and the sincere respect they showed for her in a very dire circumstance. She has been hospitalized since and has been talking about these guys everyday since. Thank you very much!“

“Had dinner there last night. My first time eating there and I will continue to go back! Food was delicious and were given a huge amount! Service was great and prices are good especially with the amount of food you get. We had a party of 7 we all got different meals and everyone was raving how good everything was. Definitely try this restaurant you will not be disappointed.“
