“I'm a native of Stamford, Connecticut and I moved to PA 2 ½ years ago and coming to The Eldorado was an amazing experience. The staff and community here are good people. Katie, Emily, Laura, Brooke, and Victoria are the coolest bartenders/costumers I've come in contact with. They made me feel at home away from home and I'm grateful to have met them. Keep rocking, God bless, and 1love! ?“
“Cool little dive bar with an excellent outdoor space for live music. As you can tell by the name, they have this deadhead hippie thing going on. I’ve been in bars with much worse vibes, that’s for sure. Service staff was friendly and attentive.“
“As far as local hometown bars are concerned, it doesn't get any better than this... A little intimidating if you don't know anyone.. But trust me, the locals are welcoming... And for $5.50 you get a personal pitcher of Keystone or Miller, a shot of Jack, and a big handful of pistachios (see pics)... This isn't a fancy bar but if you're looking to drink in a local bar - this is the place!!“
“The 2nd time I've eaten there since moving to Cal. The food never disappoints, and our waitress was sweet, and attentive. I have got to go back for the wings. Garlic and butter is on my list. The fries are so tasty, and so was the pork nachos, and my pork tacos had a really nice flavor. Yum.“
“Right on walnut street! I was out with a friend and he suggested this place, I was there like 25+ years ago when it had another owner. So we went in, got some beers, and ordered. Beers came quick and cold! My friend ordered a hot turkey with gravy and fries, I ordered a hot ham and cheese. Side of bacon covered cheese fries....excellent! Prices were good, as was all the food and drink! I highly recommend this place. Don't miss out!“
“After a long bike ride on the Boston Trail we were looking for somewhere local to pop in for lunch. We just found this restaurant on Google and couldn’t be happier we gave it a shot. The waitress was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious! The place is super clean and looks recently updated. We will for sure be back! Thanks!“
“Was there for a private party of nineteen people. Had the back room.Had the two piece fried cod with fries and salad. The cod was cooked perfectly and the fries were good. Wife had broiled cod with haluski..both were excellent. The server was also excellent. One server for the party. She was on the ball and never had to wait for a beverage refill. The only negative would be only one pasta on the menu.Would definitely recommend and will return.“
“Russ and his family were amazing! I loved going there it was like family! Greatful dead, Big Steeler parties, 43 mini beer shots. I think about this place all the time I wonder if it’s still the same? Winter 11/12. Great times! Rip DREW ????“
“Unassuming, but good. The valuation is actually spot on which seems rare anymore. If your on the trail or in the river it's is very much worth the trip across the tracks. Dare I say it's the best breakfast on the trail between PIT or DC. I'm going 4 stars because it's a bit of an outlier that's under reviewed and deserves a bit more attention. If you can appreciate small town grit this is it.“
