I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong, and it was absolutely delicious. I also grabbed a couple of cookies — which are usually my go-to at Subway — and they didn’t disappoint. Kristi, who took my order, was amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service — working hard even when no one was watching — and served with a beautiful smile. In my opinion, employees like Kristi are the reason customers keep coming back, and I truly hope upper management recognizes her dedication with a well-deserved raise or promotion.

The only minor thing was that it felt a bit chilly inside, but I still enjoyed the sunlight streaming through the windows, the new seating, the tasty food, and the warm, welcoming service. Definitely worth a visit!“
