“The milkshakes we had were good and they made them quickly. The staff were polite. However, for the quality of the milkshakes, they are simply overpriced. We won't be coming back because we weren't blown away by what we had and we can get similar shakes from local ice cream shops that aren't part of a chain. I'm a big believer that if a chain can do it better, shop/eat/drink there but if they can't, don't. This is one chain I honestly don't see surviving at this price point.“

“I always get the Chubby Puppy milkshake & I love it so much. The quality of ice cream is so good. On top of that, I’m a cancer patient on immunosuppressants & I asked for the worker to wash her hands before scooping. She didn’t even hesitate to say yes, thoroughly wash her hands and the scoop. “Today was my second visit here, after having finally stopped in a couple weeks ago. This place is nothing short of AWESOME! It's bright and happy, with wonderful colors and totally unique tabletops--created by the owners! They have done most everything themselves, a true accomplishment and a reason to be proud! The employees are unfailingly friendly and helpful! The owners have hired handicapped individuals, and today I was fortunate to see the owner teaching one such an employee a new skill, and she was so patient and very encouraging, helping this young woman to catch on quickly and feel good about herself. You don't see an employer working to build up employees that way very often. They have an amazing assortment of handmade ice cream, some flavors you'd expect and some you wouldn't. Truth be told, I've yet to try the ice cream, as both times I've been here, it's been morning and I was on a quest for coffee, but I sure do plan to get around to it! Now, the pastries. Ah, the PASTRIES! Beautiful huge cookies with a great variety, to start. And muffins and danish, and turnovers, oh my! On my first visit, I had a wonderful cherry danish, and this time I opted for a cranberry chocolate chip muffin that turned out to be nothing short of fabulous!! SO fabulous, in fact, that I got half a dozen to go, to share with friends this afternoon. (Although, truth be told, I'm making a good argument to myself to keep them all...!) I got a plain old coffee, although they also do a bunch of other coffee house-type specialty beverages for those who prefer those. The coffee was great, not horribly strong but with plenty of body and flavor. The coffee and muffin made my day. And today, I learned from talking to the owner that they have live bluegrass music on Fridays around 6pm. AND I found out that they also do pies, so, YAY! They're also incredibly accommodating, as she told me that with a few hours notice, they'll create pretty much any custom item you want! Doesn't get any better than that, right? Okay, those of you out there who have read my reviews before know that I can write good reviews for good places. This time, though, I'm going to add this: Cookie Cookie absolutely DESERVES your business! This is a business that gives back in a number of ways, and they deserve your support. Even if you live a bit out of the way, do make a point of coming here. I promise you'll enjoy whatever you get, and you'll be helping these folks to help others.“

Recently got to enjoy the summer mermaid gelati special and it was both delicious and adorable with the sprinkles and bright blue tropical ice color. “The ice cream quality and taste was very good. Location although on a busy road is a bit under the radar. Location is an order at the window style place. In a small plaza with other stores but no other major corporate draws I remember seeing. Bruster's is probably the best known business name in this shopping plaza area .They do a decent business from what I can tell. I'm sure there are busier times to stop but I haven't seen it super busy, at least the few times I've been here. I stopped here the last time with my mother who wanted a hot fudge sundae. I ordered a small waffle cone with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. The quantity was very good! Was a pretty large amount of ice cream for a small. I was glad I ordered this size. Mom's sundae was huge I thought! All in all a nice ice cream experience. ??“

“First trip to the Carnegie location of scoops! Great spot on Main Street and I love the inside! Some seating but not much. We got a single scoop- it's a huge serving of ice cream IMO. I got the moosetracks and my fiancé got the cannoli. Both were tasty but the waffle cones/bowl really were great.We went on a cold night so we thought it would be all but there was quite a line. There was one young girl working and you could tell she was overwhelmed. One guy in front of us was being a total jagoff but she handled him and the line like a pro!! We'll be back :)“

“My Favorite Sweet Shoppe is so amazing! I ordered their Mountain Bark for an event I was participating in and they were the favorite give away on the table! They are delicious and there was so much, I did not worry about running out. Nina is amazing and helpful when deciding what to order and their prices are so reasonable!
