“We come out to eat here more than any of our local restaurants. Twice this week we have been there. My husband ordered the pot roast omelette, both times he had asked for no green peppers and was told no problem but yet still had them all through it. When we told our waitress it just seemed not to be a big deal of hers. This evening alone my silverware was greasy, we ended up having to ask the shift supervisor for a drink refill and she ended up getting our box and check for us, my son's plate had something hard cooked in the scrambled eggs as well. This evening we came in a little after 7. There were still a few tables and someone came in after us. Towards the end it seemed like everyone sat in the back and didn't care about anything. I understand it's almost closing time but still. I was so annoyed with our visit this time. There's no consistency in service sometimes.“

“My family and I were staying near by for the night on our way to OC and stopped here after some mini golf based on the great reviews. The custard itself was good but the young girl who worked at the counter had a terrible attitude and was SO rude. My two year old son picked up a dirty spoon that was on the ground near where we were ordering and set it on the counter and the way she handled that, like we were giving her our dirty garbage to throw away and told us there was a garbage can behind us and she didn’t know what we wanted her to do with the spoon. It was so awkward and her attitude was not only unprofessional but unnecessary. Super disappointing experience.“

“We love Bruster’s….I have to compliment the staff there ..Nothing but sweet and amazing girls working when we were there. My son dropped his cone the second he got it..I was going to get back in line to get a new one and she said no..we are making him a new one. Everyone is so nice from the Ice Cream to the BBQ…amazing family oriented service and staff with delicious ice cream and food❤️“

“My daughter introduced me to your pineapple upside down yogurt, I am hooked. We stopped there last Friday and I got the ham and cheese Panini with potato salad. I could barely finish my food, it was good and I hope to try other foods when I visit the area.“

“My neighbor - who is my best friend - and I stopped there Friday after a really tough situation for her. Let me tell you, the lady there from down south was the sweetest person! Not only did she give upsize our Blizzards, but she prayed over my friend. We most definitely will be back! Hopefully on a much better day!“

“Eat-in service is really slow and the boy at the drive thru was short and not very friendly. Like, at least say thank you? Or have a good day? Or something to at least acknowledge that you just handed me my entire order and I'm good to drive away?
Aside from that, it's my fave location in the area and the prices are cheaper than most DQs“

“I love Dairy Queen. Every time I go in there I am greeted with respect and kindness from the workers. These people work HARD! The staff is very personable and the food comes out fast and tastes fantastic. I really like the aesthetic of the place, they did a very good job with the visuals. Clean. Efficient. And always tasty! Highly recommend the Mount Pleasant DQ!“
