“We had really good service by Joe. The food was very good and a wonderful value. I love coffee ice cream. They did not have it. I guess I was not in upstate New York any more where coffee icecream is a standard. I would definitely return to have an inexpensive meal.“
“So, this place is insanely adorable. I love the vibe of the old books and cute little areas to sit at. Very comfortable atmosphere. The only issue I had was I feel like my coffee was missing the flavors I asked for. But aside from that, the coffee was very good too. Just wish I could have tasted the mocha and the peppermint. “What an exceptional place to eat! I went for breakfast and had their Haystack with Decaf Coffee. It was so delicious! The waitress, Jen, was beyond nice. We were served quickly, the food was hot, the price was great. You won't be disappointed.“
“We're lost, trying to find a friend's house. I pull over so we can figure out where we are and where I pull over is Twist and Shout. I'm irritated and frustrated so I'm like 'ice cream sounds good!' I go in. It's a little place with a couple of tables and a tv hanging in the corner. It is nice, bright and clean. I'm greeted with a smile by a pretty little lady. She took my order and was very professional and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all for my food, which was brought around the corner by another smiling little lady. And you know what I thought? 'Somebody should give these people a good review bc they deserve it! People are so quick to write the bad reviews...' So here it is! Everything was great and i how we get lost again out this way so I can use it for an excuse to return for more ice cream and smiles!“
“I have been wanting to try this place so bad so glad doordash was an option. Today I finally got my first order. The double chz added bacon..of course.. order of gravey fries, and a ban,kiwi,straw, pineapple smoothie..I added orange. I was extremely happy with everything was absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!!“

“I ordered a cake for my sons birthday party. When I arrived there was a mixup, I received a cake which turned out not to be the cake we ordered. The manager I spoke with was super friendly and offered resolution. Things happen, the kids still had fun and enjoyed the “mystery” cake.Side note, my 3 pups LOVE the ol’ roy doggie sandwiches. Tail wagging item for sure. Great idea!!“
“There are a variety of flavors and sizes that should satisfy anyone. My husband's favorite is their banana split. I like the milkshakes and sundaes. They offer homemade waffle cones as well as the regular cake cones. I noticed a few other reviewers mentioned the service. The most recent time I was here there were two women working the counter. One was very friendly, the other not so much. The Creamery is located on the Diamond in part of a restored building that used to be the GC Murphy's 5 & 10. Quite nostalgic for me as my first job was working there back in the late 1960s. It is nice that the original creaking, wooden flooring was still there. There is a boutique and Mexican restaurant in the same building.“
