“I LOVE evverything about this location . Starting with its owner Fred Coder! An absolute gentleman . He is kind & someone to REVERE, his staff of young workers are also the finest, quick , polite, & helpful. This community is a better place because of f him. Yes I do love RITAS 🍒, but I have grown to love it’s employees with great customer service! You absolutely must visit this establishment, you’ll be hooked, forever like me! Thank you sir, keep up the great work! P.s. Also if you drive nearby and see a long line , STOP 🛑, they are very fast at moving that line Once I was 23 deep.. I timed it ,6 minutes was all I waited!“

“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“I haven't been here in years! The staff is friendly! It's easy to order. Great service. Just had a sundae with friends. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely kid friendly! Also wheelchair accessible. Lots of parking spaces.

“Hello reason I gave 4 stars for food wasn't hot and line was long due to Wendy's not having burgers, On 101324, me and hubby went there, I gave 5 STARS for service there is a beautiful young lady named Rebecca she was so pleasant, patient and joyful when servicing us...I enjoyed her smile, and her attitude is even gave her small tip...I will continue coming if there are more "Beckys"....give that girl a raise, plz❤️❤️“

The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious.
