“I ordered a cake for my sons birthday party. When I arrived there was a mixup, I received a cake which turned out not to be the cake we ordered. The manager I spoke with was super friendly and offered resolution. Things happen, the kids still had fun and enjoyed the “mystery” cake.Side note, my 3 pups LOVE the ol’ roy doggie sandwiches. Tail wagging item for sure. Great idea!!“

“Went here for the first time today and loved it! Beautiful atmosphere in there and they created my own drink for me! I asked if they could make me a bubble drink that's caffeine free and got a lavender lemon drink with honey bubbles! 10/10 at Steep Mountain Tea Company!“

“We're lost, trying to find a friend's house. I pull over so we can figure out where we are and where I pull over is Twist and Shout. I'm irritated and frustrated so I'm like 'ice cream sounds good!' I go in. It's a little place with a couple of tables and a tv hanging in the corner. It is nice, bright and clean. I'm greeted with a smile by a pretty little lady. She took my order and was very professional and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all for my food, which was brought around the corner by another smiling little lady. And you know what I thought? 'Somebody should give these people a good review bc they deserve it! People are so quick to write the bad reviews...' So here it is! Everything was great and i how we get lost again out this way so I can use it for an excuse to return for more ice cream and smiles!“

“It was really good! I got a big Peanut Butter sundae. I asked for hot fudge, though, I'm not sure I got it? Nothing was hot. They didn't write it down & I'm diabetic & if I'm going to blow my carbs I prefer it on hot fudge & things I like over excess ice cream, bc once the good stuff is gone I throw it out as I don't need carbs. Wait was a little long, but that was okay. Seating is great & a really nice spot to sit. Price was fantastic!“

The double chz added bacon..of course.. order of gravey fries, and a ban,kiwi,straw, pineapple smoothie..I added orange. I was extremely happy with everything was absolutely fantastic! “This place absolutely smacks in the summer. Their brownie sundaes are in another world. The service here is really nice and the drive through moves quick! There’s decent room to sit both indoors or outdoors with a pretty decent parking situation around the building. I appreciate the late night hours too!!“

“We had really good service by Joe. The food was very good and a wonderful value. I love coffee ice cream. They did not have it. I guess I was not in upstate New York any more where coffee icecream is a standard. I would definitely return to have an inexpensive meal.“

The only issue I had was I feel like my coffee was missing the flavors I asked for. But aside from that, the coffee was very good too. Just wish I could have tasted the mocha and the peppermint.
