“Visited around 7pm on 11/08/25. The young manager was training someone, a young man was waiting on the couple in front of me, an employee in the back was on the phone with a customer. This manager explained how to place orders for a group of 5, took the phone and politely spoke with the customer, then dealt with an ill employee leaving early, worked the drive-thru, assisted the new employee again, and made it a point to tell the ill employee to feel better and message her later with a status update. All very professional, calm and in control. Kudos to you young lady! You will be an amazing boss to many if you continue to learn, stay humble, and roll with the punches.

That ol’ one-two punch of incompetence and dishonesty is a pro-level hustle you don’t normally see at national restaurant chains. Have you guys considered opening up a car dealership?“
