“Blizzards were good, but could be mixed better. Staff was fine, but some cross-training between employees would be helpful as there was confusion when picking up my order. It seemed like there was only one person who could retrieve online orders and they were in the bathroom? It's a minor inconvenience and I'm a patient person, but I imagine some people would become upset.“
“So, I really do like anything we ever get...which is some kind of ice cream and cheese curds. We always get a large. 50% of the time they send a small. And then for the ice cream- the maple milkshakes for example are always different. Sometimes it is like they have the cookie crumbles in it, other times it tastes like plain ice cream. The banana split, we have ordered it and it be sent upside down. The blizzards- sometimes they are great, and other times there is badicallu nothing in them(and to make it clear, I dont like obnoxious amounts of stuff in my ice cream, just a regular blizzard).
I will say i have heard management try to explain to them nicely what they've done wrong and that they need to next time do xyz and I appreciate fhe kindness to their staff to try and solve the problems. I just wish it would stick. I dont expect anybody to be perfect...but like. Some of the stuff is pricey. So to get a small, instead of a large- it is frustrating. We dont even say anything 75% of the time anymore.“
