“First time here, we got a regular cheese steak and I got a California cheese steak...it was one of the BEST subs I have ever eaten. A bit over 12 dollars, plenty of steak, cheese, shredded lettuce, small tomatoes and mayo.

“I’ve been very impressed with this Jersey Mike’s in Dallas. This is an extremely efficient and well-run location.
I ordered my sandwich in advance and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready well before I expected. I walked in, picked it up from the area for advance orders, and was on my way. The sandwich was fresh, prepared correctly, and very good.
One small thing also made an impression on me. As I was picking up my order, one of the young women working behind the counter was busy making another customer’s sandwich. She certainly didn’t have to interrupt what she was doing, but she looked over, gave me a big smile, and thanked me as I was leaving. It only took a moment, but that kind of friendliness is something you notice and remember.
This location seems to have a very good combination of efficiency and genuinely pleasant employees. When a place gets both of those things right, it deserves some recognition.

I come here almost every day and the lady behind the counter is the reason I keep coming back. She’s genuinely nice, never rushed or short with anyone, and somehow always remembers my exact order without me even saying it. Sandwich comes out right every time.

Food is consistently fresh, bread is good, and they don’t cheap out on the veggies. Place stays clean and the line moves fast even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care about regulars instead of just going through the motions.

If you’re looking for a Subway that doesn’t feel like a factory, this is the one. Shoutout to the woman who works there she makes the whole experience better.“

“Best hoagie I have ever had!! I stopped into the new Jersey Mike's Subs location and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they were really putting in the effort to make the new shop a success. My sub was made fresh right in front of me, the ingredients were high quality, and everything tasted amazing. The store was also very clean and well organized. “As a student at Wilkes (or kings if you so choose), this store is with in a block of campus and works with the student meal plans, which is always nice to run and grab a sandwich before a long lab or a study session that will last into the night, The servers are always more than kind and have never gotten even one thing of my order wrong ever.“
