“We ordered online and picked up our food to eat at home. We were able to choose what we wanted on our subs. When we got home, I ate an onion ring and took a bite of my sub and before I was finished chewing, the roof of my mouth started to feel sore and swell. I have a tomato allergy. I checked my order and there wasn't supposed to be tomatoes on my sub. I called and told them and they said that all subs come with lettuce, tomato and onion no matter if you order them or not. They brought me a replacement made the right way.Dietary restrictions: YOU MUST TELL THEM ABOUT A FOOD ALLERGY. “This is my favorite subway location in Lancaster county! The staff are always super nice and they always have a positive attitude and they keep a good conversation! It’s nice to feel appreciated when I come here! Parking is a hassle but it’s worth it!“

“Saw the sign, parked and walked inside. I was greeted by a very nice person who knew what they were doing. I requested a specific meal and was asked a number of questions about how I wanted my sandwich. Their suggestions probably made the sandwich better and when I ate within the establishment, it was clean and the music wasn’t as loud as a disco like so many of the other food joints I’ve visited lately! ??“

“Today I had the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak and it did not disappoint! First of all, it was loaded with Franks Red Hot but not so much that it leaked. I was able to eat it with a minimum of napkin use. Second was the perfect layering of toppings. Most every bit was a great combination of all ingredients and, when I got down to the last couple of bits with just a little meat, I had the sauce on the sandwich wrap to dip the sandwich in! This cheesesteak was SO much better than another buffalo chicken sandwich I regularly enjoy. I will be back for reasons like this, the great customer service and friendly atmosphere as well!“

“Not sure how but they make an italian taste like heaven. The bread is always fresh. Old school hard rolls and soft rolls. Plenty of meat and toppings. Perfect blend of meat, toppings and oil/vinegar, make for the perfect sandwich. Love the simplicity of the shops. No frills just great sandwiches and sides. Mohnton location has seating outside for those looking for a place to eat their superb sandwich.“

“LILLY was attentive and empathic. The food was good but the "chefs" attitude when my mother questioned the fish. Where I sat, I could see into the kitchen area. Lilly mentioned the issue, and the chef shook her head as if she was disappointed. I've never been to a restaurant where the chef didn't come out to talk to the customer regarding the issue. It's not like she was busy. The servers are not the chefs. Lilly does a great job. Thank God for servers that deal with the kitchen issue. The fish didn't look cooked thoroughly properly. I had a question, and I felt brushed off by the chef. The 5 stars was for lilly!Wheelchair accessibility: Too long of a walk from rear entrance and too many steps for me (disabled).“
