I'm the Chef at the Fountain Springs Country Inn & was the Chef at the Gallery Restaurant in Pottsville for many years I'm also the owner of Pop's Original Screamer's in Ashland. I especially like the bagel one with bacon and my husband likes the English muffin one with sausage. They also have the best custard filled, chocolate covered eclairs I have ever tasted. Their coffee beans are also best coffee ever. We have tried coffee beans in other places but this coffee tastes great. And that's that.”
