He was so nice, polite and friendly and had such a sweet smile. I enjoyed interacting with him and I remembered to ask for my senior discount. That is always a good thing. “I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. “Pretty empty most of the time when I get there for as large as it is on the inside. Most of the time there is only one crew member doing everything, but for what it is. They're pretty easy going and pleasant even though customers are rude about the service provided with one crew member doing everything.“

“It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“

“Slow service for a full staff. They move at a sluggish pace. The atmosphere is quiet in the dining room, lots of empty seats great for introverts. They should put up the AC though, it was super hot that even the workers had to use a fan.

Dining room is a little messy, but i came while they were cleaning so Im not going to subtract a star.“

But when it comes towards the food, I believe this certain Dunkin location has lower standards of quality in the food they serve compared to any other Dunkin in the area. “I have only ever had positive experiences here! The woman who is at the drive-thru window when I leave work every day to grab a cup of coffee is so kind and fun to talk with. She even remembers me by my face and my order! It makes me feel so full of joy to know that I am remembered and cared about!
