That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

“Good Evening Family. I visited before my doctor's appointment. My appointment is across the street. Its at 7:10 AM. I decided on a medium decaf hot coffee black with pumpkin. It was delicious!!! Then I went and sat in my car until my appointment. My visit at Dunkin was good. A good experience here today. I tipped the coffee staff. They're pretty easy going and pleasant even though customers are rude about the service provided with one crew member doing everything.“

“This Dunkin location in Folcroft has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. But when it comes towards the food, I believe this certain Dunkin location has lower standards of quality in the food they serve compared to any other Dunkin in the area. “It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“
