“This was the cutest little shop that I came across. Went to check out the King of Prussia mall 10/11/25 and I happened upon this store. AT first it looked like it was an ice cream parlor because of the ice cream cones in the window of the store. But I wanted to check it out and lo and behold, it was a gelato and chocolate shop. It reminded me of when I visit Europe and I am shopping for treats for my colleagues. It was cute, clean and the one of the sales person/cashier was very knowledgeable out the products. She was very patient and took her time with me and even gave me a taste of a couple of the chocolates. The packaging on some of the items were very cute. I spent over $100 on treats for my colleagues. Excessive right? LOL! It was worth it and it made my trip to the mall much more rewarding. Thanks to the young lady who helped me. Very petite, Asian, maybe she was a college student who helped me. Really appreciate it.“

“Today, we tried Frosty Falls for Lunch! I got spicy sausage with pepper and onion and my little one got meatball sub. The food was great, those toast warm rolls amazing! We will definitely be having lunch at (we call it ice cream house) Frosty Falls again! We have ALWAYS love the ice cream!“

Between simple vanilla to their more extravagant specialities, Lu and Aug’s has brought something different and delicious to the Main Line sweet treat scene. I especially look forward to their seasonal flavor drops. My favorites so far have been lavender earl grey and just yesterday, chai spice. I actively look forward to seeing what flavor they are going to come up with next! I also recently tried their hot chocolate which was yummy. “Great food, great service, the display case is always filled with cakes, novelties etc. They have more blizzard flavors then most DQ's I've been too. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

“Saw the roadside sign about new ice cream cakes and decided to order one. This is the type with just ice cream but you get to customize the mix or vanilla/chocolate, the sauce and candy crunch filling, and the sprinkles. The only thing they don’t do is write on the cake. It is a bit pricey but it is huge. The fudge wasn’t quite all the way through but it was very good. Service was also excellent - when the cake needed more time to freeze, they offered to deliver it if I wanted, discounted the cake, and gave me a coupon.

They now take credit cards but impose a fee. Debit cards aren’t charged but it isn’t clear on the signage or the screen, only once you get a receipt is the surcharge not there.“

“They went above and beyond to make my 19 year old grandson’s Christmas. He could have asked for many things for Christmas and probably gotten them. He said he wanted what he’d been asking for, for a few years, Cry Baby Ice Cream. It was a core memory from middle school that he’s not forgotten. Life gets in the way and not until a few days before Christmas did my daughter reach out to Rich at Rosati Ice to see if we could make this happen for him. The day Before Christmas Eve my daughter and I drove 4.5 hours from Virginia to get Cry Baby Ice Cream. Even though the company was busy with their Christmas Party, employee Nick took time away to come over to the store so we could get the product. Rich’s generosity and thoughtfulness is top notch. Of all the gifts my grandson received, the Cry Baby Ice Cream put the biggest smile on his face.“

The owner (I am so sorry to not remember his name) had never made a gender reveal cake, but took our vision and ran with it, no questions asked. “We got there about 7 minutes before close knowing that we would probably be hated and rushed out the door. We don't typically go in places so close to closing but we had been on the road for a while and the kids needed a bathroom break and a treat. The workers were incredibly patient and helpful without rushing us. Toppings bar was super clean and still well stocked with every option still out. They did announce they would be closing soon but that didn't bother me since we already knew it was closing time.“
