“It has been years since I’ve been to Fresco! My wife wanted to go for her birthday and I told her I’d go if she paid…Bingo!!! Walked in and seated right away, it was not busy at all! The dining area reminds me of a George Michael video, dark and intimate!! Aiden came to the table to wait on us and of course my wife had to ask him if he was a friend of another kid. Aiden looked at her with that look🫨and said no!! Don’t worry Aiden…I look at her that same way at least 4 times a day!! I ordered the Burger Caliente and it was fabulous!! It must have been spicy because it made my nose run a little!! I can’t feel the heat from spice because of my butter allergy!! I should just live in a bubble!! Wife had a taco salad and the kid had the chicken parm!! The French Fries were also very good!! Then a surprise showed up…no, it wasn’t my pregnant girlfriend😉!! “I used Johnny Paisano’s to cater a holiday party. I had an amazing experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Christine who helped me place the order, and helped me to decide the best options for my menu. One of my options was a prime rib, where I received a phone call from Johnny himself to help me figure out the best way to prepare it for the party. When it was time to retrieve the food on the day of the party, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Johnny once again came out and was talking with me about the food. I appreciate this aspect of a business, it makes you feel like you’re in a friendly environment, rather than a sterile kitchen. The food quality was amazing. Every platter was delicious, and every guest was happy with how the food turned out. The prime rib was the largest hit, not surprisingly. I couldn’t believe the value of everything as well. The restaurant is a whimsical, eclectic blend that combines a traditional "family home style" celebratory vibe showcasing the owner's Italian grandmother's recipes. I am a salmon snob, and "Roz and Roccos" delivered: my salmon was cooked to perfection with that delicious crispy top layer that I love. The fresh charred, roasted broccoli had that brilliant green color with the right amount of tenderness and crispiness that made it so yummy. Our table of seven agreed that the food was bursting with unique flavors, as we passed around our plates to sample the entrees. Rox and Rocco's is a festive restaurant and I could feel "Grandma's love" with every bite.. So glad we picked this restaurant for Mother's Day.“

I opted for the tagliatelle alla Bolognese—wide ribbons of pasta coated in a deeply satisfying, house-made meat sauce that tasted slow-cooked and authentic, the kind of dish that reminds you why classics endure.
