The only issue I had was the smoothies we got had so much ice ground in them that it was a bit like drinking an ICEE. I drive through here quite a bit so I’ll definitely be stopping by again.“

“On Wednesday, August 27, in the midst of one of the most difficult days of my life as I coordinated hospice care for my father, I stopped at La Playa Bowls to find some nourishment. I hadn’t eaten all day, and what I received was far more than just a meal.

“Somehow forgot to review this joint…so here it goes! Had the Greek toast and it was fabulous! It wasn’t a huge portion being that I’m a man but I hammered that toast like it was John Stamos!!! It was served on a wood cutting board which was cool but some of the toppings kept falling off and onto the table! I would have ate the pieces that fell on the table but I have a wood allergy!! My daughter got a bowl but I don’t remember which one! That was delicious too because I ended up eating most of that(she didn’t like it)!! I went home and did the treadmill…blood tests always say pre diabetic 🤷🏾. The coffee was delicious as well!! Have to give a huge shout out to the granola they have!!!!!! It was in my daughter’s bowl and it was the best granola ever!!!! We ate outside which was very nice and the one couple had their dog with them!!! I looked at that dog and said Hey Dog O, heheheee!!!! The whole Ellis Preserve is a great spot and Toastique is a must visit!!!!“

“I have been eating here every Sunday for several years. And then I shop. Everything tastes great, everything is organic, mostly wholegrain and it is 95% vegan and is an amazing bargain! Jammed Yam (sweet potato with quinoa, black beans, pineapple, mixed peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, avocado) has been my go to for a while now, but I do get other entrees from time to time. There is always a special and a soup and if you get there early you might be able to get one or two of their $.99 vegan wholegrain muffins. Yes, you can mix and match any ingredients or pay $.75 to get extra. I also get a kombucha refill in my growler.“

“The times I've gone in, always around 9 or 10am midweek, service has been quick and friendly. One time they even put together a free mini-cup for my 3 year old when the blender ended up being a little too full with another order.
Clean, with very minimal seating. The ACME at Manoa has pretty good coupons for Smoothie King on the back of their receipts, and if you live in the area you might get two-for-one coupons in the mail. It's fairly easy to find a discount here - give them a try when the opportunity to order on the cheap arises.“

“This is our second time back. The French press coffee is phenomenal. The mean was great. I’m a waitress and when I go out I pay attention to the servers. Our waitress was Allison. She was absolutely the best. She knew what we needed before even asking. For example a food runner brought our avocado toast (shareable) but with no plates. She knew right away when she glanced over to bring those plates. Asked if we needed more creamer when she noticed it was low. SHE WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE without hovering.“

This juice bar is so inviting from the decor to the wonderful employees behind the counter. I love that they wrote such a positive message on my smoothie cup, the little details don’t go unnoticed! The smoothie is filled with such clean and delicious ingredients and I took a cold press juice to go. My group also purchased açaí bowls and they also had rave reviews! A must try for myself next time I’m in town. We all felt satisfied and had such great energy throughout the rest of the day. Food is fuel and with such clean fruits, veggies, and toppings — you can’t help but feel great!“

“The best dumplings I've ever had! They're so delicious you don't need sauce; you can't even tell they're vegan. I like the Spinach and Potatoes but my favorite is the Butternut Squash. I buy them frozen from Market at the Fareway to cook anytime. If you love dumplings, you need to try MoMos!“

We ordered the 5 pcs chicken tender combo and the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were decent for what it was. They had a lot of special sauces for the chicken. Cool little drink place to hang out with friends and they even have free wifi if you need to get some work done.“

“m2o Burgers & Salads location in Wynnewood has great staff members that make high quality food. I wish I could record them taking Cheezy Burgers off of the grill and putting wraps together. “Amazing tea store. The store is bright, impeccably clean, and so zen. The teas and coffee are so fresh and delicious. We tried the pearl milk tea, dark lemon coffee, and strawberry fruit sherbet. They are amazing. The bobas are fresh and chewy. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. The owner is so kind and friendly. There is a public parking lot right next to the store which is so convenient. We will definitely come back!“

I absolutely adore the entire staff here, especially the Store Leader she is truly amazing and super genuine. 2. “OMG!!!!!I’m not generally a healthy food eater. My daughter wanted a smoothie so I begrudgingly joined her at this spot for in Chestnut Hill while we waited for an appointment. She ordered a papaya bowl and I ordered the smallest Açaí bowl they offered because I was starving and didn’t want to waste it. After the first bite, I was hooked. I just kept going in for more and more and more until I regretted my decision of ordering a small.The two days following I went back and ordered my Açaí bowl fix. I guess it might be a good idea to try some other menu options. I’ll be there tomorrow for another bowl. Run, don’t walk!!!!“

“Ice cream is delicious, but the highlight was the service. I had two ten-year-old girls with me who took awhile to choose, and the man who served us was so patient and kind to them. It was very noisy and crowded, but he gave them his full attention and made sure they got exactly what they wanted. Meanwhile another server offered me a taste of his favorite flavor combo, just for fun. I ended up getting the peppermint bark ice cream. Peppermint was my favorite ice cream when I was a kid, and it’s hard to come by these days. This one hit the spot. Honestly, I was dreading going to the mall, but this ice cream spot made it worth while.“

“The boba was of a good consistency and tasted of brown sugar. The earl grey tea at 70% sweetness was flavored well. The frothy milk cap took this drink to an unprecedented level of delight. The sweet to salty ratio was flawless and once it was incorporated thoroughly into my drink, I couldn’t scarf it down fast enough. I will be dreaming of this bubble tea.“
