“We went out last minute knowing we would eat at the bar. TBH, we actually enjoyed the bar atmosphere much more than the dining room, which has a bit of a hotel vibe. The food was great, as usual. I had the sesame salmon salad, which had such a fresh, clean taste. I tried one of my husband's scallops, and it was amazing. Had coffee and got dessert to go. The small individual dessert options were fun to take home to the kids. Glad to have Seasons 52 as an option!“
“I have eaten here many times all was good food wise ie filet shrimp desert.etc. Asked about lamb chops and was assured before visit and by waiter their special was lamb chops. It was not. It was a rack of lamb undercooked. Ok but the waiter insisted it was lamb chops and would not even look at me ie always looking at the lady at the table with a fake smile on his face manager stopped over as did sous chef. They finally conceded when I asked what a pork chop, veal chop looked like so what should lamb chop be. ? They treated me as though I d never eaten out and that is the opposite. I will go back as like the restaurant and previously never disappointed. Waiter poor at best. Managers accommodated but never offered to replace or do anything.“
“10/10 - took dietary restrictions very seriously , GM checked in on us. Server was ready with substitutions & to explain the menu. Plan on going back! Great for those with celiac disease or any other food allergies.Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease - many GF optionsVegan and vegetarian options galore“
“Absolutely phenomenal restaurant.Starting with the happy hour. Drinks are more than fairly priced, and the snacks are more than generous. The goat cheese, strawberry jam, and chipotle dip is out of this world, smoky accents pairing perfectly with the sweet ham and whipped texture of the cheese. The burger is also perfect if you’re hankering for something savory and fulfilling. Definitely a prime example of a solid bar burger. The nonalcoholic cocktails are also light and delicious, and a perfect way to end the meal especially if you’re driving. The service was kind, educational, and attentive. This is an experience so good I can’t wait to come back in the summer.Dietary restrictions: Very understanding of my sesame seed allergy!“
“Silence at the table? That's a good sign at Teresa's Cafe! My party of three enjoyed a relaxed and delicious meal. My burger had chewing in silence, while the steak and salad reports were equally rave. This cafe knows comfort food - fresh, flavorful, and silencing conversation in the best way possible. Definitely recommend!“
“Great Happy Hour! Amazing drink selection and apps. Great quality for the price. We go there a lot for HH then catch a movie at Ambler Theater across the street. Wish they would change the hours to 4:30-6:30 for their HH though. Movies are usually at 7 and hanging there for an hr before film starts is a bit of a wait.“
“Tonight was the first time me and my mom ate here. Very nice restaurant. Good food. Unfortunately, are waitress was not attentive at all. She didn't come and check on us at all even though I observed the other waitressses were doing so. We had leftovers and was given cardboard boxes. We noticed the table on the side of us had sturdy plastic containers and a bag to put them in. I ended up asking their waitress for the containers and bag. I would like to go back, but do not the same waitress.Parking: Parking was good, but did go on a Thursday night.“
“This place needs more 5 star reviews. Most importantly, the wine here is insanely good. Such a nice variety of dry reds and whites, but also a great selection of ciders and “sweet wines”! Kelly was such a wonderful host. The flights are $10 and very much worth the price. The atmosphere inside the ambler location was just the right amount of chill - cannot recommend enough!“
“First time trying this place and I probably will go back. The food is very good and the wine and drinks menu is varied. The service needs help. From the hostess who seemed lost as to where to put us to the server who walked past our table multiple times without checking on us, it was very frustrating. Our drink order (wine and a cocktail) took 20 minutes and the server didn't bother to come back and take our food order in that time. The food came out quickly after we ordered, but at the end of the meal, the waiter dropped the check without asking if we wanted dessert. Everyone was friendly enough but ineffective.“
“I came here around lunchtime for a quick bite. When I got there I noticed I was the only one there which is OK because I did get there around 11 AM. I ordered the bruschetta and the shrimp scampi. I was surprised to see that there was no Alfredo on the menu. The shrimp scampi was OK but the bruschetta was the best bruschetta I’ve ever had. I would come here again because the service was great, but it was missing Alfredo for me.“
“Just back from a hibachi dinner at Kabuto with the family and we had a great time. The atmosphere/decor has a cool vibe and the kids loved the coy pod and water feature in the foyer/host area. The server and hibachi chef were great - attentive and fun! A great surprise for us: kids eat hibachi free in Tues-Thurs with the purchase of an adult hibachi meal, so two of our three kids' meals were free! In addition to hibachi, we got a veggie sushi roll and gyoza, both were great. Gratuity was included in our bill and we were happy to support the kitchen/serving staff. We'll definitely be back!“
“Early dinner tonight. Service amazing starting with the welcoming valet that greeted us to our very attentive server. I had the salad and pasta special and when I say I wanted to do the entire meal again, I mean it! It was delicious!!! Ended with a banana pudding cream brûlée. I mean, come on! Sooo good! The dining room has a beautiful view and is open with alot of light. Can’t wait to go back!“
“Came here for restaurant week March 2024 and absolutely LOVED IT. Honestly all the food including dessert was top tier and a great price for lunch during restaurant week. Service was great and it's a cool place overall. Will definitely be back.“
